Employees steal property out of clients cars and vacuum up jewelry, money, and anything else of value. Employees do drugs on property and in employee lunch room and bathroom.

So my fiance came here and paid for the full service, stating exactly what she wanted. Clean cup holders, seats and carpets cleaned, etc. Upon getting her vehicle back, there were still dirty places everywhere, and they didn't even shampoo the carpets they did the seats only. Do not come here. You will pay for a top dollar service and get a 2$ service. We will be complaining to corporate because when i complained at the wash place, they pretty much told me to kick rocks.

I feel like I just wasted $35. The Lexis before mine got about 10 minutes of attention, while mine just a few. I feel they rushed my car because they were getting behind. I feel cheated. My car should've gotten treated the same. The didn't even do the interiors glass. They also forgot to do the interior wet wipe. I had to remind the manager that they forgot this. She only wiped the center counsel. Now I have to clean the rest of my car myself.
Wasted money!

This past weekend I took my car in for one of their bundle packages for the exterior ultimate, the express hand wax, and the super clean interior. We were completely disappointed in the service we received. When we picked up the car we noticed the following items: circular patterns were extremely obvious from the wax and that the windows were still dirty. We mentioned this and the supervisor on duty took the vehicle to the bay and worked on the car for approximately 20 mins. Once we took it home we looked a little closer and noticed a lot more: windows were still dirty (film on them), mini side windows weren't even wiped down, many items were only partially cleaned/dressed (door jams, cup holder, radio display panel, etc), there was debris on the front grill of the car, and the list goes on. The main item that sends this over the top was that when I was on the freeway today and used my windshield wipers, wax was smeared all over my windshield making it near impossible to see out causing a major safety issue. There is no way that wax should have made it either on my windshield wipers or my windshield.

It was quite expensive for a detail, like 150$. When I got in the car there were places that didn't get washed, one of the doors is still sticky from a spill that happened prior to it being cleaned. Also, it was like they used dirty rags because there was streaks on the interior. So

Worst car wash place & way, way overpriced. Paid over $60 for their "works" and got terrible & unsightly results. Water Marks left all over my vehicle. Unfriendly. BEWARE & Your wallet will thank you!

Don't waste your money. They didn't clean me wheels, left wax on the paint, failed to clean the windows thoroughly and didn't even detail all the exterior trim. Definitely no reason to go back. I'll be busy finishing what I paid them for myself.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Horribly overpriced place. I should have trusted the previous reviews. Went in on a Tuesday for a half off special, which btw is only on Ultimate Car Wash which is priced at $33.00 (so you get it for $17 on Tuesdays and Thursdays). If you want your mats shampooed its $5/mat, so add $20 more to that. We got the car back with dirt still all over the dashboard, central console and the trunk. This "wash" was not worth $37. Since we were visiting Tucson, will definitely never be back again. What a waste of money!

I used to go there years ago and quit because they did such a lousy job! Well I decided I'd try again since it is the only ones near me to that's full service. Well it sure isn't better and
Maybe even worse,! When I got in when it was done at first glance it was good. But then I noticed in the counsole one side of the drink holders was dirty! The guy wanted me to pay 10.00 more when I drove in. He said they don't do anything to the dash and all that area, in the 32.00 unless if spend 10.00 more and they would run a wet cloth over it all! So now I paid the 42.00 and they did a lousy job on the dash and all the plastic area. And then I got
Ime and lifted up the floor mats, and what a mess,! It looked like the vacuumed around the mats and not under them! I will never spend my money there again! It was not worth it. Even called the manager I've to look at it and he said they don't spray that area and clean it because too many complaints that they scratched their plastic pieces! Well wasn't that a big part of the service to clean everything! It sure wasn't worth 42.00!

What a great car wash. I get my truck washed there regularly. Great price for an exterior wash and dry. They also vacuum the inside for you. You always have the options for an upgraded wash service and detail service for your interior. The staff is always friendly and the wash service is fast.

The "Ultimate carwash on Tues/Thurs are a very good value. Get the Ocoto glaze for 1/2 price too.
BUT, make sure to follow the car thru the wash and the octo does come down. If not tell the cashier.

They seem short handed, only a few people working on cars. It was busy so I get having to wait. My car came out of the car wash with soap all over the side and back, then it sat in the sun for 5 minutes drying. When they finally got to finishing they were spraying my car with window cleaner to get the soap off. Usually have a good experience here, been coming to this car wash for years. Not the same anymore, disappointed in the service.

I originally came in on a "half-price Tuesday" and paid $42 for a car wash. When we got home the whole back half of my Ford Escape had not been touched by the people drying off the car. It was still as dirty as when we drove on the property. My husband cleaned it. We were so disappointed with the service. So a couple of months later, we decided to give Octopus another chance, hoping that what had happened was just an accidental overlook. When I mentioned the poor service to the cashier, another employee (who that day was working on a car detail and happened to be standing there) started berating us. We were not asking for a refund or even a discount on the current service. We just wanted to let someone know of the bad car wash. The young lady had dark hair and wore it back in a pony tail. At the end of her yelling at us (telling us they no longer wipe down the doors), she stormed off outside. And low and behold, the young man currently wiping down our car was doing all the things the young lady said Octopus no longer did. Because of this young woman, we will never bring a vehicle to your company and now I can fully see why this company has such poor reviews.

Got just the 8 dollar wash they were super professional especially the manager Ashley very good at her job super fast and made sure the out side was done correctly
