No stars is real rating. Signed contract, after 20 day inspection period I asked where the earnest money deposit was and Offero cancelled the contract. Not sure what the business model is but just happy to be done with this outfit. Yes I read all the reviews, asked them about it, they said they closed 90% of their deals. Feel like someone is not being truthful.

If you’re a contractor, do NOT work for Offero Home Buyers. I called in many favors in order to complete their project on time. It’s been over 8 months and to this day I have not been paid and haven’t been able to contact them.

Beware. They contacted me unsolicited in June 2022. Made offer to buy rental property we own in Fla. Came to agreement with closing in Sept 2022 using their hybrid 60 day plan. Contract signed. Called them to ask about closing. Told me they were breaking contract and not going through with deal. Asked about contract they signed and learned “they don’t have to follow through on the contract, the market changed and not in their best interest. ”When I contacted them to get keys to condo they told me no problem, they are under the mat.

This company will make false promises. Flat out lie to you then ghost you once they have what they want. Sell your property yourself or list with an agent. STAY AWAY FROM OFFERO!

This company contacts me everyday, i tell them to stop calling they don't. If I wanted to sell my home I will contact you, but I will never sell to this company.

This company are scam artists that violate federal laws on a day to day basis, If they contact you i suggest you file a Federal Trade Complaint and a Federal Communications Complaint for them violating telemarketing laws. If you don't they will keep calling and harass you.

They are just flat out terrible. They are a complete smoke show. When I talked to them they made it sound like they already had investors lined up to buy my property… after almost 2 months of waiting for them to contact me about a closing date they actually came clean about not finding anyone that would want to buy my house.

I wasted two months of my life trying to get this house sold through them.after I had them void the contract I hired a real estate agent who was able to get me way more than Offero had even offered me. Literally had an offer on the first day the house was on the market. Offero is absolute trash in my opinion. Heavily do not recommend.

Folks. They basically tell you they will buy your home for cash. But forget to mention that's only if they can sell it first at an Inflated price. If no one buys it. They dont buy yours. Big $$$$ wanabes.

Constantly receiving spam calls at least twice a day with caller ID showing this company name. LEAVE ME ALONE!

Offero Home Buyers team made the sale easy. I had 3 investors reach out to me but they moved best with my personality and professionalism. I sold to move out of state and happy I chose this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell.

I am so thankful for Offero Home Buyers. We were able to list and sell our home very quickly. They helped us through a very complicated sale - mobile home sold for deceased parent, no title in hand, no estate opened, one heir out of state other local. They also communicated back and forth with all parties involved, including lawyers and notary, making sure that we had all of the information we needed. They had the most professional staff and clearly explained the process. We never had any trouble having our questions answered and received the original amount we were offered when we began the process. Good service, very professional and overall great experience working with this company.

BEWARE! Terrible experience. A month and a half wasted. They Never put earnest money with title company as per contract so easy for them to cancel and not pay seller. Title company refused to work with them. Cant get them to remove the lockbox from my home two weeks later Do your research. WLA LABS LLC dba Offero Homes. You might be surprised.

We couldn't be happier with how we were treated when we worked with Michael from Offero Home Buyers. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchase of our new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail or how much work it would take, but Michael was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. Michael was spot on with the selling price and helped us sell much faster than we anticipated. We were very confident using Michael and have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We don't think Offero Home Buyers could have a better realtor out there representing them.

I didn't expect to get the exact number I had in my head offered from the jump they keep the lines of communication clear and open every step of the way. It was the quickest most painless sale of my life no stress they bought it as it stood no fees whatsoever. I can't say enough positive things about You guys you were upfront and realistic about a situation that was very much taking a toll on me. But at the end of the day Offero Home Buyer's came through with a fare buying price and helped with all the technical things to do with everything from start to finish thank you for that Offero Home Buyer's your not only good at job but your good at being decent human beings who helped me out when I was down and out.
