Great customer service. In a day when customer service almost is nonexistent, this visit was a very welcome experience.

Mohammed the gentleman who helped me was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient. I am 86 years old and really appreciated the courtesy and patience that he showed me. I left feeling valued.

I sent a file for business card printing and when we picked it up, a large word that said “SAMPLE” was printed over the whole card! We needed those that day and we were offered nothing but a refund and did not have what we needed for that day. The printing person was rude but the store manager was apologetic but did not offer a solution (such as “we can print it right now! ”) It was very frustrating and we likely will not use the printing services again anytime soon.

Mohammad the GM was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly - and not just to us, but to everyone inside the store, as well as, outside. He acknowledged and greeted everyone!

Printing area is not functional due to a system failure. Poor customer service. Shortage of staff.

Was told by a worker "you break it you buy it" to me and my girlfriend. Then when we were buying compressed air and a mouse (for a keyboard who would have guessed) we were told by the same worker, who seemed to be following us, that we didn't seem 18 and had to show ID'S when we were still shopping. Wasn't the biggest deal was just very annoying and demeaning

Associate sent me to another store when the item I needed was in the store - where I was! Had to turn around and go back to the original store!

I needed to buy ink cartridges for my printer. I not only found the item, but it was less expensive at Office Max than online! (Or even at Costco or Sam's Club!)

Easy to find what we needed. Decent prices. Good selection of printer ink. Friendly staff at checkout.

Stellar customer service! Huge thank you to Kaylee and Armando who took the time to carefully assemble my office chair for me in record time. They went above and beyond so I could have my chair when I needed it. It's people like them that make repeat customers and Office Max is lucky to have them. Plus, I love my new chair! Special thanks to Mohammad as well. I'm not sure exactly what his supervisory title is but I truly appreciate the special attention he gave me when I asked for it. You ALL certainly delivered and I look forward to coming back! Thank you!

The facility is very clean and it pointed out to where you needed to go without assistance prices are a little high

Matrix Auto Glass purchases all their high quality office products from Office Depot because they are always stocked with supplies we need same day.

Terrific wide range of ofc supplies in a clean environment with eager and available staff to assist.

Ordered online for store pickup and it was ready almost immediately. When I went to the store it wasn't 100% clear to me where to pickup. After a few seconds, an employee asked how he could help and grabbed my order from the shelf that happened to be right behind me. I was in and out in under 2 minutes.

Stay away.
Unjustified, Unauthorized charges.
The only way I found the charge was checking my bank account afterwards. No additional charges mentioned or on my receipt.
I'll NEVER shop there again!
