Computer Consultant OfficeMax reviews
9The location at 90th and Shea had a much better selection of office chairs than the Paradise Valley store. Cody was great, he helped us locate the best chair for me.
Recently purchased an office chair at the Tatum location and everyone was awesome. Chase was the sales person who helped us and everything went smoothly
Never a bad experience with this business. Have used their print services in Arizona and North Carolina.
Yes they peovide services the little guy doesn't have have good pricing. I tell you what they do not have: thats customer service. The employees are not helpful plesent or even kind. I was treated like i was supposed to already know the answer. She was rude and just pointed and said there's the printer. I thought customers make your job possible. I'll never go back and will tells others every chance i get
Danielle helped me with my print project. This young lady understands customer service to her core! I wish you worked for me. Thanks Danielle.
Daniele and Diego were awesome and very helpful. I love coming to this location and treated like a valuable customer.
This OfficeMax is a complete JOKE! Employees stand around doing nothing and will not acknowledge of assist customers as they customers enter the store. When a customer asks an employee for help, the employee acts as if they are being burdened and act annoyed. I think is why the store had more employees than customers.
UPDATE: Saturday, 2023-FEB-25. OfficeMax contacted my 3 days ago and asked me to send them an email detailing my experience. I have heard nothing since, and I probably will not hear back from them. I am thankful I have Walmart and Amazon I can depend on for my office supply needs. I used to go to OfficeMax for my copy needs, but I purchased a portable scanner from Amazon. I look forward to the day OfficeMax/OfficeDepot file for bankruptcy and is liquidated!
The representative Diego needs to be retrained on his customer service. Remind him that not all black people are crooks and cons. Had I been white I certainly think things would have been different. He treated me with a whole attitude that was not necessary. Just a bad look for this company. Go else where.
