I love this place they are great. They are fast easy courteous, and very knowledgeable. In and out very quick and attentive.

Had an oil change and everything was above satisfactory. I had a couple of small requests and the technicians were very accommodating. I was offered additional services, but declined them and never felt pressured. They showed me that my oil drain plug was in good condition.

Service was friendly and fast, and my oil pressure gauge looks normal after the oil change service, which is always a good sign

These clowns have the audacity to charge a "waste and disposal fee" on top of their already double-prices oil changes.

Better bring a coupon, because it's gonna be $30 bucks higher than their advertised price.

Plan on waiting an hour per vehicle too.

IF YOU HAVE A CVT TRANSMISSION, DO NOT GET THEIR TRANSMISSION SERVICE! I took my 2017 Corolla for what I thought was a transmission flush, but was actually just a “fluid exchange” and it destroyed my transmission. They didn’t tell me I had dirt and debris in the pan when they did the fluid exchange, so when they put in their transmission fluid, it mixed with the old fluid that they DID NOT TAKE OUT and pushed dirt/debris throughout my transmission, and now I’m out an entire transmission. It will make a wining noise until I replace it altogether which will cost $7k. All because I went to oil stop. Had I gone to an authentic mechanic, or even the dealership, I would have a healthy transmission on a car I’m still making payments on.
Count your blessings Oil Stop and please for the love of god, AVOID OIL STOP FOR ANY SERVICES!
P. S. I had the car diagnosed by the Toyota Dealership as well as paid $2k to try to repair what Oil Stop had ruined, but the whining noise will be here to stay. Toyota determined the cause of my transmission acting up to be what I stated above.

This is the best oil change spot in town, hands down! More expensive than the competition but they are on a whole different level! Will not take my car anywhere else. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but still worth it.

Friendly staff, I only wanted the front end greased on my truck. They greased it and didn't charge me. Very professional, informative staff all around good service. I was pleased.

Friendly staff that walks you through everything and will explain each thing. Will be honest with you if something doesnt need to be done. Recommend knowing what you've had done if it's your first time just to avoid accidently getting something you may not need. They keep records for future visits after so you won't have to worry about it next time.

I had a little wait as there were many customers that day but this place employs the nicest people and they were thorough. I will definitely be back and couldn't imagine going anywhere else after 1 visit! Best all around Service and the price is reasonable too!

This place is the best oil change place I’ve been too! Team was super nice and friendly. Carl, Damian and Jesus helped me up top while the other team worked underneath! It’s fast and all from the comfort of your own car! They are super knowledgeable about things and actually check your fluids and inform you on what they recommendation for your car. They keep you informed every step of the way and they even offer refreshments and an A/C hose to keep your car cool while they work! 10/10 recommend

Ya they say it’s only gonna be 50 bucks but by the end they run you up a quick check of 350 bucks omm, I ain’t never going back they taxing

It's ok. Expensive but seemed like they knew what they were doing and relatively quick. Could have been quicker for how long you sit in your car though.

The workers were very friendly, but they took FOREVER! I was told I would wait 30 min, 2 hours later my oil change had not even started!

If your looking for quality service and want to feel comfortable that the job is being done correctly this is the place for you. What was most impressive was the communication between the employees. I’ve been driving for almost thirty years and have had the oil changed at different places over that time and it’s hard to find reliable honest auto mechanics. Especially at a drive up type service center. First time here and after getting my truck serviced I drove thirty minutes back home grabbed my car and went right back.

I recently went with my daughter to have her car serviced at the Oilstop. The service was top notch. We were informed of each step of the oil change process. We never felt pressured to purchase additional services. Thank you Oilstop for a pleasant car maintenance experience

Will definitely continue to go back, very helpful and did not push to sell services so no pressure felt to say yes to everything not knowing exactly what they were doing to my truck and if it was actually needed or not. Definitely did not mind the long wait knowing my truck was fully taken care of.

Super friendly staff. They offer complimentary coffee/water with the wait. Was fairly quick for a drive thru. Job well done and no issues what so ever. I didnt feel obligated to buy anything but they do try and make a sale on extra stuff. Was on the pricier side of getting an oil change but definitely paying for quality service and convenience.

Its astonishing that someone as rude and disrespectful can be a manager, several times coming in I have watched him not only get in screaming matches with his customers as well as his employees. But just being condescending and belittle people for asking questions. Ones star is far too much. The prices only seem to get higher yet the quality seems to be going down.
