Between Brad and Jay I always feel like my bikes have received the best service! My bikes are always clean when I pick them up. Also they are both upfront with information and recommendations but never pushy about upgrades or additional parts. I never worry about the service my bikes received. Thanks

"My wife went into the store to try and find a visor screw for my HD half helmet which had fallen off during a 3100 mile motorcycle ride. Along my adventures, I stopped at several HD shops and was unsuccessful in finding one. Jen assisted my wife in trying to locate a screw for it, but was unable to find it. Jen told my wife she would contact Harley Davidson. Later the same day Jen called my wife back and told her she was able to find a screw which would match. My wife returned to the store the next day to pick it up at no charge and of course my wife bought a couple of things for herself. This is the importance of supporting your local dealerships who go out of their way to support their customers. "

This place is amazing! Walking in here is dangerous though! Every time I walk through the doors to pick up parts makes me want a Harley even more! The staff are great, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their motorcycles. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

Great people if your looking for a new ride ask for Mike. I havent got a harley yet but he is very informative and is also ways happy to answer questions.

In Az for vacation stopped in to grab a shirt, Margie and the other members of the staff I spoke with were all very friendly, and gave us some ideas on where to explore on our journey, will definitely visit again next time I'm down this way

The saying " As Good As Your Last Sale" holds true with my experience with this dealership. The enjoyable ending was riding my 2020 Street Glide out of the parking area and having Old Pueblo Harley Davidson in my rear view mirrors.

Went in April 2020 on a Thursday,
Margie the staff working the counter just stared me down as soon as I walked in. Did not make me feel welcomed. She did not great me at all for those first few seconds of store time and when she did she just said it like she didn't even care too help a customer out. I was the only customer in the store at the time and my experience was just awkward and rude.

Hope the service improves.

Great experience. I won a raffle while shopping. Store was smaller than expected. My favorite worker was Kelly. She was kind, courteous, very helpful.

Good employees, don't make you feel rushed in what you want to do when looking around. Friendly, courtesy, let you feel comfortable. Here today 09/22/18 for HD RECALL WORK on my 2011Road King, they took my motorcycle right in for service, plus all fluid changes and front tire replacement. Will call when finished.

Brad was good, checked me in. The work was prompt and clean. I'm very picky, my bike is in good condition & I want to keep it that way. I got brakes and a tire. They didn't score the rim. Marco was the tech he did a nice clean job. I've been apprehensive about going to this new Harley shop but they did good. I appreciate quality work, so good job guys. Thanks for taking good care of my baby.

Always great too stop by a HD Dealer. Super friendly staff. Had a great deal on motorclothes. Motorcycle prices where reasonable would be nice to go back

Very good service. The store did not have what I needed, but they ordered it for me n it will be delivered to my front door. I ordered a jacket too that will be delivered with my ignition switch. I bought presents too, shirts, shot glasses, wall decor. Will def go back.

I had been going through the troubleshooting process on my 2009 Street Bob for about 6 months and finally got to the point where I would need to have it checked by a technician. I brought the bike in and showed Brad what it was doing. He was able to give me an idea as to what to look at before having to make an appointment. Once I checked this, the issues went away and I haven't had any problems. He saved me some $$.
