From the time you enter the store until you leave, entire staff go out of their way to make your visit as easy and pleasant as possible!

Went in for some rope All I need to tie down a freezer in the back of my pickup they had everything I needed well people are friendly and easy to work with.nice place.
It has almost everything, nice employees. Prices are higher than big box stores but it's local owned.
Worst hardware store hands down. Horrible selection, horrible hours. No point to ship here they wont have what you need
It's closed on Sundays and that's really inconvenient for people that live in the town with one hardware store
Always a friendly, helpful face. If they don't have it, they tell you who does, or they order it for you. The free popcorn is yummy too.

Easy pump access. Normally the best gas prices in Williams. Dump station for RV black & grey water tanks

Well i bought 3 pumps there and one of them was no good so i went to return it and well by honest mistake i gave them the wrong receipt well they were very mean and said a nasty remark i will no longer do buisness with them and will be righting a formal complaint on how they treat customers who spend over 10000 a year and who are also fellow buisness owner in williams have been for 3 years my buisness does over 250k per year
They let me install my solar panel out front, (to the side). (I'm not sure they noticed.) I even plugged in my solder gun and soldered a couple of connections. I went back in and exchanged a couple of screws and washers-no hastles. True value stores have 3x the selection of nuts and bolts over HDepot.
