Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Tempe AZ

Love it! One of my favorite Italian restaurants, very clean and friendly staff also quick didn't take 5-10 mins to serve our appetizers and about the same to serve our main course. Very efficient and amazing! I would say you get what you pay for! Just amazing

Great food and even greater service. Our waiter was so awesome! He made the experience so much better than a normal dinner.

OG use to be an Italian mainstay of our family. Nothing fancy but reasonable priced no frills Italian food.
Recent experience leaves us wondering if we will ever return. Portions are smaller, prices are higher, taste is bland, breadsticks suck (remember how good they were?), service is slow and staffed with inexperienced servers, (waiting 10 minutes for a spoon to eat your previously hot soup). Yes many restaurants are suffering from this same pandemic malaise but large chains should have a better plan to fix it nearly two years later.

Came in, was seated immediately, waited 25 min to have a server come give us water, we gave up and left after waiting another 15 min to try and order food

For some reason this Olive Garden was so much better than ours at home. The customer service was amazing and the food actually tasted fresh

Nice comfortable bar, lunch and an iced tea is now $20 bucks, but out of their control. Love the soup and salad lunch. Clean, healthy food.

It was good, my toddler was acting up so i took him outside while my wife and two kids ate, they gave my wife a discount for my absence, that was super nice of them, good food.for them anyway haha

Always a good experience at this Olive Garden, I visited during lunch and my server, Faith in the bar area was attentive and welcoming!

My expectations were high and I was greatly disappointed. I visited olive Garden to meet up with a friend I hadn't seen since beginning COVID and was excited to catch up and bond and I was excited because it was my first time back to olive garden since COVID hit in Jan 2020 which is one of my family's favorite restaurants. I just recently moved to Arizona so I'm getting used to everything around. Firstly, the host was very rude to me and judged my clothes and asked if I was going to buy something. I had just walked in and I had just got off work and I'm a medical receptionist. Secondly, I mentioned I was waiting for a friend and was tested poorly when brought to my table to wait and I was only there for 5 minutes and my waitress asked if the person I was waiting for was actually coming and if I wanted to order an appetizer or just not order anything? Rude. Then when my friend arrived the waitress said oh wow you are waiting for someone I didn't think anyone would show up.rude again and my friend was rightly offended.they gave us 3 individual bread sticks to share and they were hard and tasted funny. The shrimp alfredo sauce has a bitter taste. Then I ended up getting food poisoning and went to my doctor and it was traced back to olive garden. This was my first time since COVID dining out and my trust in that experience being good again is gone ‍️
I will wait till my trip back home to eat olive Garden where I can trust it

Good service, good food. Attentive friendly waitress. Restaurant was busy for lunch at 2: 40pm. Handicapped parking. Good prices.

Usually the food is great here. Tonight it wasn't so. My lasagna was so dry, i had to use a knife just cut thru. Same for the noodles on my fettucini. Took the chicken parmesan home. It looks dry. We had to get more sauce for the chicken fettuccini. Very disappointed. Server was good.

Service was really bad. Waiter failed to write down our orders and then proceeded to mess it up. Brought me a Chardonnay instead of Cabernet. Never checked if our food was OK after we got it. The food was just average and frankly I was disappointed to see that I can make chicken Parmesan better than the restaurant can. Meat sauce was flavorless.
