Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Phoenix AZ

I'm so amazed. I have a father in law who has a traumatic brain injury and sometimes blurts out strange and inappropriate things. So when we go to dinner I always explain ahead of time. Our server Alfredo was absolutely perfect! He was kind, considerate and absolutely fabulous! In a world of horrible customer service.this beautiful man was a shining example of kindness. It is so appreciated. Thank youuuu

Went in for lunch, had Robin near the bar area. She was amazing loved her customer service and attentiveness. She made the experience just spectacular. Will be back and request her section again for a 2nd time. Thanks again Robin, loved the midwest saying, you learn something new everyday lol!

Sat for a solid ten minutes without our server showing up, so we had to go back to the hostess stand and let them know. Our waiter (who had been bussing another table right next to ours while we initially sat there waiting) then told us “Be right back” in passing and it was another five minutes before he made it back to our table to take our order. Then when we were done eating and flagged him down to get to-go boxes and a dessert to go, it took another 5+ minutes for him to bring them back.

Visited the olive garden with my family after a huge loss in the family. The service was quick and the food was fresh. Our server was very attentive and helpful.

Seated quickly on a Ssturday night. Server was friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and was hot and delicious.

It was very busy but we got seated quickly. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The food came out in a timely manner and was very good. The one small problem was the chicken parmigiana was overdone.

Clearly a 5 star restaurant with elite service.

This place was pretty packed on a Monday evening, nevertheless we were seated promptly and had our drinks within minutes. Our starters arrived quickly, delicious soups and salads, breadsticks and copious cheese on most everything.
Despite the crowd we received our orders quickly, hot and fresh.
Our sever was quick to refill our drinks and checked on us frequently.
I can't think of a downside, the food was good, plentiful and of fine quality.

Bar tender was eating as she was working. Not once did she wear gloves or wash her hands she made the drinks. This picture is one of the managers standing there watching her eat.

The location was nice & clean. The waitress was very accommodating and got our order correct. Would recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely ghetto OG. Waitress and bartender spent all night slamming diahes around, arguing about issues with management, and shouting. Cant a person just get some soup and salad?

Had the all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks Ever, thing was excellent. Soup was delicious, salad, crisp, and the breadsticks, fresh. The service was excellent. Left full and satisfied. Will return.
