Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
12Took my son and girlfriend to Olive Garden for dinner. The place was packed, but we only had to wait about 15 minutes. They know how to get people in and out. They clear the tables right away, and service is always good. Love the breadsticks and salad. Great place, a must have to try.
Carter, our waiter, was fantastic! He never missed a thing. Even helped give us suggestions when we were stuck. Food was delicious as always. Decore was homey. We just moved to this side of town, so it was nice to find a OG that is as good, perhaps even better, then our old place. Keep up the great job all, KUDOS to Carter! Stay hungry my Foodie Friends!
Jeff B was personable, attentive, asked questions made meaningful conversation, & took his time. Not once did it feel like he was rushing to get us in and out. I haven’t had a waiter give such attention and care in YEARS. Thanks, Jeff!
Me and my grandma when here the food and the service was great and over all it was a good time.
Great service and very friendly staff. My ONLY complaint, (and it is the corporate policy) is that even though I bought the Soup and Salad (all you can eat), and my two companions also had a salad as part of their dinner - which is part and parcel of the prices - they only bring ONE salad. Seems like a ripoff. If we all have to share the salad their should be a price reduction.
Don’t expect to pickup food in any reasonable amount of time. Seriously.
A gallon of soup, breadsticks, and 2 tiramisu ordered through the app. Almost 45 minutes late (and they already estimated an hour to prepare this food).
I KNOW this is not made from scratch (previous knowledge). Absolutely unacceptable.
This was the best olive garden i’ve been too the service is so great every one is so nice and tall jeff our sever was amazing the food came out so fast and it was busy it was perfect im literally writing this at the table right now
The take out service is excellent. I mistakenly picked chicken Parmesan and I meant to pick eggplant Parmesan, because I am not eating meat. The staff and manager were extremely gracious in rectifying my order, despite the fact that it was my fault. That’s taking “the customer is always right to the next level. ” I have ordered the eggplant Parmesan here multiple times and love it!
We had an excellent server! I don’t remember his name, but we came here to celebrate landing a new job and the service was phenomenal. Food was delicious as always. I only remembered to take pictures of the appetizers but the main course was great as well! We both had Alfredo. We will be returning to the OG!
We had a wonderful experience here. Rachel was our waitress. Even though it was busy, she still was attentive and super friendly. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore, but Rachel reminded us of how customer service used to be! Thank you Rachel!
My daughter and I went here as a treat for ourselves. The first thing we noticed was a terrible odor outside the door. Not their fault. We were seated quickly and the waitress came quickly as well. We were told that the bread was in the oven and they would bring it out as soon as it was done. After a few minutes we did receive the bread. But it was cold and hard and not tasty at all. My daughter had the mango tea which I also tasted. It had a weird aftertaste and shortly thereafter my daughter's stomach started bothering her.we waited for the waitress to come back but they seem to be understaffed. After a while we decided just to leave because the service was slow and up to that point there was nothing positive except for the friendliness of the waitress. We went to a different place and we're very glad that we left
I really wish they didn’t treat curbside pickup like second class. Past 3 times, the food has either not been customized as requested, old or just plain gross. We always arrive on time, it’s just 10 minutes up the road, and the breadsticks they give curbside is always incredibly old, like HOURS old, they could chip a tooth. They double fried the chicken fritta, FRIED the already cut strips! We don’t dirty their dishes or take up their time, but still pay 50$ with a tip. How disappointing curbside pickup is.
