Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Phoenix AZ

This place is usually talked about in a bad Manner because of the sourrounding neighborhood, but if you give it a chance they will surprise you. Servers are somewhat attentive even though the place is packed. The food is brought out on a timely fashion. Drinks were given right away. The only reason why it's 4 stars and not 5 is because the servers are still lacking experience. When you give someone a menu, if we are ready to order we will let you know. The waitress kept asking are we ready to order after we order our appetizer. She should have just said let me give you a moment to look at the menu. Other than that the food was amazing. Very hot and fresh. Bread sticks and salad brought out without asking. Almost makes you forget covid is still around. I would definitely eat here again and again. First time having chicken and shrimp cabornara and it was delicious.

Best experience ever our server jaan made our vist so pleasant. He was so attentive and friendly.

I just got done eating at Olive Garden and can I just say our waitress Brittany was such an amazing person I recommend her to everyone people like her deserve everything ️️

Took so long for the food and drinks to come. Had to wait 1/2 hr for desert. We did have the desert paid for but service could hv been better

My time here was amazing! Sat at the bar and ordered my food. The bartender was nice and keot checking on me. Very nice gal. The food came quick too.

Drove ten miles to olive garden at 75th ave and they didn't have my order.bad customer service at this location

My food was good, except for getting my food before the appetizer. My friend had the worst time! Barely sauced, so the pasta was very dry, we all got our food before our appetizer so didn't want them anymore, never got her 3rd bowl of soup since that's all she could eat, didn't have the dessert after being told several times its on its way. Was very shocked how awful it ended up.

It was so busy at O. G, so we went to the bar side. My boyfriend never been and the bartender was an awesome host. He did the full wine tasting and recommendation of foods. He was down to earth and pleasant. We had a great experience at this location.

Poor service, way too understaffed. The web site said no waiting but when we got there, we had a 25 minute wait. They ran out of the wine I was drinking when I wanted a second glass.

Wow! Very busy lunch time visit but that didn't prevent Daisy L. From providing the best service ever. She was on top of it all with all of the tables in our area. Kept our meal proceeding accordingly and checked back often to ensure that we were not in need of something. Often enough to meet our needs without interruption of our discussion. Ask for Daisy, you won't be disappointed.

The service was really good! I went in pretty late but it was only 2 of us. The food was done quickly and the area was clean. Can't say much about the group next to us but beyond that it was great.

Angelina and the staff went overboard for the dinner for the Luna take out I had asked for veggie lasagna which they did not carry any longer but ask to see if all the ingredients were we're in so they could make one and sure enough 3 hours later magic at our home thank you guys and the staff I know you guys are really busy but then it was awesome the zucchini broccoli peas in that lasagna yummy from the Luna family thank you!

The waitress was nice polite she was awesome but the food it's not worth the money.this is what i ask and what they gave me cant call it a mack and cheese the one in AMC Dine in taste way better and it was the chicken one.not worth spending the money and its not the first time this happened. So much for trying to impress the family taking them to a nice place. SMH.

Food is great and they have great service. I suggest Cassidy as your waitress because by far she's the best waitress I've had.

It was very busy and packed full of people.however I was doing a take out order so it was pretty fast.the food was plentiful however the pasta was very dry.

Enjoyed myself. I hate I can not recall my servers name but he was just swell. Service was on point. I'm just horrible with names.

Fantastic: i like to drop into resturants for a quick meal.went to the bar, Sky took my food order to eat in & 3 food orders to go and i asked that she give me the check with my meal Not only was i in and out in about 25 min but everything was perfect she ia amazing Thank you again Sky

Quiet, calm and clean when I went. Staff was friendly and helpful but expressed being discontent with the manager.

I order a to go meal. When I reached home only to discover my meal which was pasta was burned around the edges. Called and spoke with manager very nice man, and he made things right.
