Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Prescott AZ

Food was good as it always is. Service was good eben though the waitress was very busy. Would visit again

I eat at olive garden in different city's regularly and this one was lacking quality service! Server was more concerned that there might be a breadstick leftover than providing quality service ya know. Annoying, l could care less about taking food home and l dont like waiting and waiting to get another bowl of soup or more salad when ive ordered ALL YOU CAN EAT. The place was not buisy at all. Lots of places in Prescott to choose from and it won't be this place next time. Wouldn't wanna eat up all their breadsticks!

Very disappointed with the billing, I expected a detailed receipt of what we ordered and the price.will never use those table pay stations again the waitress pushed me to use. For all i know we were overcharged on the bill.i picked items from on line menu, and did not add up.i put in my email but never rec, d receipt. Great way to screw the customers out of extra money and no paper trail. Never again

Always order the chicken Alfredo and my husband order steak or fish. The food really are yummy. You got to try their salad and garlic breads.

This is a big location with attractive architecture and decor and well-managed, hard-working servers.

Excellent service by waitress Michelle! Service is important to our family and she's attentive and brought soup quickly after salad for a guest who was chilled. Everyone tried something different and everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the mushroom ravioli and it was super tasty. I'd order that again. Give it a try!

Won't go on a Saturday night again. Very rushed by servers. Soup and salad brought the same time. Never asked about my drink refill. Salad dressing watered down. Not impressed.

Have been to Olive Garden many times. We got bad food yesterday and have been sick all night. We shared a meal and both are having stomach issues be careful. I won't go back.

Bartender was extremely nice. Easy on the eyes but very professional. I would go back just for her.

Not the biggest fan of Olive Garden but I must say my last experience was pretty good. Our server was excellent and very attentive. Luckily he saw that there's only two of us and he wanted to put her order it because there was a large party next to us and he knew we wanted to get in and out. We really appreciate it a lot and also our food was delicious.

Staff was a displacement kept forgetting what everyone had to drink and brought on basket of 5 breadsticks for our party of ten hungry softball girls never got a refill on my tee
Got the salmon and zucchini the salmon was very good the zucchini was so tough it was impossible to eat.

Got salmon there today that was really bad. Had grissle or what seemed like bone peices. Haven't ate there in months. Hopefully I was just unlucky.

Way too much food. Nothing special about the food. Service o.k, not great - parts of order not served until reminded.

So I'm gonna Five star this wonderful restaurant for one reason. The service! When you give a customer a lunch menu at dinner time and they order, then you without a argument serve them lunch with out complaint you have just sacrificed for the customer and that makes you 5 star. Food was Olive Garden consistent, clean and busy.

I tried the new meatball pizza bowl for lunch and it was great. Please note the bowl is eatable.

Some of the best service we've had at any Olive Garden in a long time! Friendly, experienced and attentive wait staff. Hot, fresh breadsticks and pasta. Would definitely stop by here again when we are up in Prescott.
