Ombré Nails & Spa Mesa

I recently moved to Eastmark AZ and I have been in search of a new nail salon. I decided to give this place a go until I can find someone that I like and this is definitely NOT the place. My technician was either blind or just didn't care about the quality of her work. My cuticles were chopped off and the sloppiness of the overall polish was just nasty and dirty.
The environment can also use deep cleaning. If you’re going to run a business such as a nail salon, make sure to clean the station after each client. I found previous clients' nails on my chair. Dust and crumbs all over the place. You can clearly see that this place has never been cleaned in the last year or so.
I’d highly recommend the owner take a good look at the people they’re hiring to provide services to paying customers and hire a cleaning crew to clean this place daily because it is filthy. I would never go back to this place. It is just a waste of money and my time.

Acrylic set with gel color and a gel Pedi, a little more expensive than most other salons in the area but WELL worth it. She is the best tech I've ever had, she makes the experience fun and relaxing. She's a godsend! It's nice to be able to get trendy designs-hard to find in the valley sometimes.

I cannot express enough the care & quality that nail tech she provides. She is considerate and meticulous about your service. I cannot go anywhere else cuz only she delivers the best design and customer service. Even when she does something new in design, I can trust it comes out the way I would want it. Ombré Nails & Spa is the best!

I’m super picky when it comes to my nails. This is the ONLY nail salon I’ve gone back to time after time. Not only is the facility beautiful, but the technicians are also awesome! David is the best nail artist ever! He has excellent attention to detail and does beautiful work! I would highly recommend this salon.

This was my first visit and I absolutely loved it! She did an amazing job on my dip nails. From the attention to detail to the conversation, she was a delight. The whole facility is spacious and clean, they have a great selection of dip colors and the staff is very friendly. I cannot wait to go back!

VIP service. First time here. They were all outgoing and my girls and I really enjoyed our Overall experience. Will be back.

Decided after years to treat myself to a mani/pedi especially since my nails easily break, they needed some strength. I made an apt online with Hannah after reading reviews and arrived 10 mins early. I was greeted and waited 30 min. Frustrated, I asked how much longer I’d be waiting. Hannah was not there and they assumed I was for eyelashes. Why make an apt for specific services if the schedule isn’t looked at? A gentleman ended up doing my pedicure and was super friendly having a conversation with me, not just in front of me as everyone else did in another language.
I found it quite rude. My pedi was good and I chose a gel polish, until I got home and realized under my toe nails and around weren’t cleaned or trimmed. Only my cuticles.
I was bounced between two people for a mani. They advised a dip for my nails Vs Gel polish so I went with that. The dip powder adhered my short nails to my skin which never having this done I didn’t check under the other side. I had to go home and Un peel my skin from the product and scrape it off. The mani was sub par and they did not trim the dry skin or hang nails around the nail beds. What was scheduled 30 min for each session took 2 hours. Hannah did come in but never worked on my nails. I paid $94. +tips because 3 people were involved. That was over priced for the experience and result. Now I recall why I don’t go to a nail salon because again it left a bad impression. While the guy doing my pedi was super friendly, that was the only enjoyable part, he earned a tip. I won’t be back to Ombré and with the flood of salons I don’t recommend them. I’ll be looking for a better all around experience.

I love Hannah and all the staff at Ombre! Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I'm always well received, even without an appointment. The dip manicure is always flawless, and the gel deluxe pedicure is very relaxing. I treat myself to the volcanic pedicure every once in a while, which I highly recommend!

Always willing to work you in. Walk ins welcome. Always friendly. Always great nails. Waxing always on point! This is the place. I will never go anywhere else

I used to go to this place when it was power nail now Ombré nails. They have a sign outside that says 10% off but I think I got charged 20% more than I normal. Paid 85 for a regular manicure regular polish clear and a deluxe pedicure. Then I tipped each girl 5 bucks. I will be finding another place. The service was decent but not worth what I paid. I must of said I wanted a deluxe manicure? But then realized all I got was the basic they should have been honest and charged me for a regular manicure after all that’s what I got

They did an awesome job. It was my first time to visit this salon and I did so as a walk-in. They were super inviting, welcoming and able to get my daughter and I in quickly. They did a great job on my nails and a phenomenal job on my daughters design choice!

My sister and I got pedicures. We got there and the lady that I first talk to was so nice! She sat us down and the guy who did my toes who caring and took his time. The lady who did my sisters toes was funny and they were both talkative. They both took there time and didn’t care if they were about to close, they took the time to make our experience awesome! My sister and I are more than satisfied with our toes and experience here! ️

I enjoyed every minute. Ben did a fantastic job on my nails! The price was very reasonable too! I will be back for sure!

This Salon was very welcoming! It was my first time in and i am very impressed with their professionalism, quality, and kindness. I felt so pampered! I am an RN with very dry hands and I was gifted a hand lotion from the salon! AMAZING

When I called they said I didn't need to make an appointment but when I got there they didn't have availability and said I should have made one. After I complained about them telling me I didn't need to they took the 3 of us anyway. Didn't charge for my daughter. So that was nice of them.

Did dip on my nails one broke went to fix and Hannah the owner wanted me to sit and wait well she attended everyone else because I didn’t make appointment after she had told me to just go in and she would fix also the person who did my original set did them horrible and when leaving the review Hannah Called me and told me to go in and she would redo the whole set but then when going in to just fix a nail she was rude

Len did my pedicure and she did a great job an Hannah was my nail tech an is did an outstanding job in my nail I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did them to perfection. This is the first time someone did what I asked an they looked just like the picture. I’ve been having my nails done for many years and Hannah is one of the best. Thank you Hannah I am 100% happy with my nails. I will becoming my new nail and pedicure technicians

This nail salon is amazing. After I had my first appointment here this is the only place that I go to for my nails. Small business but good quality nails and very friendly staff and service. Almost no wait every time when it’s crowded too! The pedicures and manicures are just everything! ️
