Omega TV Repair reviews
20We took our TV for a repair and decided to not move forward with repairs and just replace it. They did not change us anything for their time nor want to take any money. These guys are honest hard working people. I highly recommend them!
I called Phil about 15 years ago and he was the most friendly person on the phone, walked me through some possible scenarios on my tv issue. He repaired that TV and a couple more for me over the years. I have tremendous respect for his honesty, in a world today unfortunately its seemly harder and harder to find.
We brought our TV in as one side of our TV was initially working, then it died and we could only hear sound. The owner told us he would look at it and fix it as cheap as possible. He had it fixed up and working the very next day. Also, he was much cheaper than we thought it would cost. If there is anything wrong with your TV, I would bring it here. Owner is honest and trustworthy. We will definitely bring our TV in for any other necessary issues or repairs and refer any business his way.
I didn't have any repair from them but the guy I spoke to was very helpful and informative. He told me of the things that I have to do with my newly purchased smart tv. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Took our TV in to get repairs. Had expected to pay for backlight repair at approximately $400. Got a call the next day and TV was working fine. He said he took it apart and checked it out. He was honest and didn't charge us. He could have easily charged us for repairs. There is still honest people out there! This is one.
Super lame. Was told to come in for free estimate, the guy didn't even look at the tv when I brought it in, he gave me a 400.00 quote based on the info I have him by phone. He could have just told us that before we drove 20 minutes to his shop for no reason. Of course he offered to take our tv off our hands. Super lame
Phil is amazing. Fixed my old plasma screen in just a few hours with a simple, inexpensive fix. Saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars by not having to purchase a new TV. Very fair, no BS. Quick turn-around time. I don't think anyone in the East Valley is better at diagnosing and fixing televisions than Phil at Omega TV Repair.
Owner operated business with an owner that cares. Fixed my TV in a day and for exactly what he quoted.
Phil is a fantastic guy. The work is solid, extremely affordable, and perfectly courteous. I'm having a hard time believing anyone would have a bad experience here. Makes me wonder if they're thinking of another place or if they're just plain wrong. I can't imagine anyone having anything less than a great experience here.
I recently took in an older Mitsubishi HD TV to Omega TV Repair, which had a power supply issue. Phil initially quoted me a price of about $40 on the phone. After spending a few minutes working on it while I waited, Phil fixed my connection issue and refused to take my money! That's the kind of honest repairman you refer to your friends, whether it's your car or one of your TV's. If you have a TV you would rather keep than buy a new one, I highly recommend Omega TV Repair in Mesa.
Excellent service! Brought my TV in for repair on a Friday and had it back the very next day at half of what I thought the cost would be.
Do not take your TV to this POS place, they broke my HDMI inputs, I was warned that this place was a Hole In The Wall, I should Have Listened.
Phil clearly knows his stuff, and is honest and friendly. He fully repaired my 50" LG led flat screen in the estimated time and cost, and at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend Omega for tv repair.
Worst and literally the rudest experience I've ever had. I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this unprofessional hole in the wall.
Saving myself $800 bucks on a TV problem (blinking grn light) needed to ribbon cables hard to find in fact impossible. Went there he gave them to me for free and told me good luck. Awesome business
My Subwoofer broke I thought I thought it would be too expensive to fix. However this place replaced some of the parts and only charged me $60 bucks. It works like new. Thanks so much!
Skilled, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.what more could you want? How about very reasonable prices? Got those, too!
I called at least five other TV repair places, and they all gave me ridiculous prices to even get a problem diagnosed. I called phillip and he walked me through what the problem was and what you thought the solution was. He gave me a free diagnostic evaluation, and had half the price for parts that other places had. He even referred me to go online and get it even cheaper from the source that he gets it from. I probably ended up saving at least $2-300. Don't go to anyone else!
This shop is awesome repaired my Denon reciever twice and didn't charge me the second time and went way out of his way to take care of me Thank you Omega for the awesome service
Definitely a whole in the wall but they know their stuff. Fixed a High tech laboratory monitor in no time. Recommended!
