Edit x2: Just found out today that emailing the address given when they respond does nothing. Literally goes straight to the people in the office and not corporate. If I could give zero stars I would. Also doing my research the name Anita couple reviews below mine is the corporate manager. Why she leaving reviews.

Edit: Tried looking for my review and couldn’t find it. Seems like management took it down. Well had another incident where someone came through the gates that ARE always broken. Broke into my car and stole my possessions. This complex has dirty grimy people always moving in and out. Do no trust your items in your car as they will eventually get stolen. Do not even think about considering this complex as an option to live in.

I have been living here since September of 2021, I don’t know if they were having a lot of move-ins that weekender what, but ever since then this place has been falling apart. Trash everywhere, dog poop all over the place. So many cars park in the fire zone and leave the vehicles all day, Alyssa the manager does nothing about it. Omnia on baseline is supposedly going through renovations and how they are affording this is by robbing people. This place has so many issues, I have never been late on my rent and now comes back as insufficient funds this month when I called my bank and asked. They never even tried to take rent. Now I have late fees, Alyssa in the office was absolutely no help and she almost demanded I pay the late fees and when I showed up she closed the office from 1: 30 to 3: 00 for no reason but to eat her lunch. Cause she was out of office from 1: 30 to 2: 30. When it was originally closed, she got back into the office and closed it for an additional 30 minutes for I don’t know what. She had that friendly rudeness, just could tell she was only nice cause it’s her job, to her. Just not a pleasant person to go to for help. Told me it was all Dumuso’s fault so when I called the company they use to pay rent through and they said it was the property management team that messed up the account information and their the ones charging late fees all they do is collect money. They are refusing to wave any late fees. Going through supposedly renovations and this is how they get their money. This place is extremely high in rent for the area and people that lurk around it. I will not be signing a new lease and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Ever since I moved in the apartment has never contacted me I tried to ask them if I can pay with the money order I never got a response then my hot water wasn't working for a week my dishwasher is still messed up my tub still haven't been fixed and I asked for it to be fixed when I first moved in and no one ever came back there's water leaking from my AC and it's causing my carpet to stink and also it's bubbles ceiling filled with water my oven is too close to my wall scratching up my wall and every time I open up my oven my alarm goes off my garbage disposal is is not working and I was told that I was supposed to be getting a trash can and I still haven't received it in almost there for 2 months and no one still showed up with one and I pay for it for nothing I'm currently I'm late with rent but asked Sarah and the new manager can I come and either pay with money order or cashier's checks so I don't get a notice of my door still haven't got a response it's not okay

Complete nightmare! There is absolutely no security at all. The gates for the cars to enter and exit are always broken and left open. The side gate to walk in doesn't even have a lock. It is propped open 24/7. There have been numerous accounts of homeless people trespassing on the property, breaking in to cars, looking in to people's windows and abusing drugs in the common areas. They sometimes get in to the laundry room after hours to crash for the night. The laundry room itself is disgusting! Floors are filthy, trash is overflowing and the machines are dirty and don't work most of the time. Management is the worst. The former property manager Sara claimed for months the gates would be fixed and security personnel would be hired to patrol the complex after hours. None of that has happened. The new property manager promises the same things, but as usual, nothing gets done. The rent for these tiny outdated apartments are not worth it. There is a serious roach problem and the walls are so thin you can hear everything coming from the adjoining unit even when speaking and moving at a regular level. Bottom line, management does nothing and cares more about renting out vacant units than taking care of the residents already here. Dirty and unsafe is what Omnia on Baseline is. Can't wait to get out!

I love this property, it literally reminds me of Florida. The exterior vibrant colors, the gorgeous palm trees, spacious beautiful units, awesome fitness center, the cleanliness and amazing staff! I couldn’t have asked for a better home. The Team truly goes the extra mile to make this property feel like our forever home & make it stand out with everything they offer & more. Definitely a place to live if you are looking for a long term or even a short term place to call home.

Been living here with family for over 6 months and this place is a disaster. The grounds aren’t kept, always dirty. Trash piles up, the plants are half dead, dead birds randomly around the property for weeks, the swimming pool should be condemned as the water is always filthy and the laundry room is disgusting. The laundry room hasn’t been clean in weeks as I’ve seen the same trash scattered around for the third week in a row and not yo mention the smell omg. Maintenance does the bare minimum to get by and so does the office staff, including “management”. They are the most incompetent bunch I’ve ever come across. No one answers the phone and when you do get a hold of them, they are rude and clueless as to what is going on or how to assist you. The complex has a serious security issue, what’s the issue? There isn’t any security at all! The gate is open 24/7 near the Circle K side and any one can come in! I’ve seen at least a dozen homeless people just walking through the property and even sleeping in the back near the cars. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We can’t wait for our lease to be up!

Staff was really friendly and informative. Not too pushy to sign a lease. Even though the complex wasn't what we were looking for, I would recommend it to everyone. Great atmosphere and comfortable feeling (except for the guy sitting by his door when we pulled up. Hooting and hollering at us. But there is always one at every place though right? !?

Moved from miami last year september. Saw apartments online. Thought I was getting up to date appliances. Apartment has outdated appliances, roaches, rent is too high for the lack of up keep in the apartments. I have a two bedroom two bathroom. And have no washer or dryer in my unit. I pay 1705 a month. I will be moving out of these apartment. Not renewing my lease. Not worth the money. Do not rent here. You will be mad.

I've had a blast so far love management the place looks amazing the pool is so nice and clean and the grass is green it's gated which makes me feel safe. Just know this is a home

Timeira was very helpful during the last weeks of my move out from Omnia Baseline. She was also very friendly and responded to all of my questions, no matter how repetitive or obvious the answers were.

Management is super nice (Sara and Tamera). Property is beautiful and animal friendly environment. Safe for kids.

If I could give this place a -5 stars, I would! My experience was fine until I went to view the apartment that they stated was "Move in Ready". As soon as I walked in the apartment if smelled disgusting. I walked straight to the kitchen and there was a roach trap on the ground with roaches on it. The counters were tore up and filthy. There was a cabinet with a missing door, that was in a dirty trash can next to the sink. Food on the ceiling that looked like blood, but i'm sure it was spaghetti sauce or something.and the bathrooms of course were so disgusting, I am sure I would have gotten some kind of disease if I were to shower in there. Thats not even the end of it. I told them that day that I did not want to pay over 1,400 for that disgusting apartment. Well I decided that I did not want to go through with it cause I refuse to have roommates (Roaches) that don't pay rent. I requested that my admin fee be refunded and I was told that it can't because it was longer than 48 hours. It took more than 48 hrs just to process my application for approval. I was told before I applied that the Admin fee was refundable if I chose not to move in. I never filled out any paperwork or signed anything, and all they did was show me an apartment I was obviously not gonna agree to take. I was told a manager would call me and guess what, no call. Worst experience ever. Please avoid this place like a plague.
