Management is great always helpful with concerns or questions. My service request have been completed in a timely manner. I have even asked if they could do it during a certain time and they managed that well. I've enjoyed my 2 years here is they had 3 bedrooms I'd stay longer.

The staff are fine until you become actual residents then you will see who they actually are. They promised me they gonna fix flooring and paint walls after I Sign and now they act differently and try to act like they didn’t say anything. I’m only here for less than month and they already told that I should paint my apartment my self. I’m only here for two weeks so it should be painted from you not me I won’t pay anything and if it’s not fixed I’m gonna leave the place.

They've been really professional and responsive about anything we needed when we moved in. It's a really nice change to our old living situation. It's affordable, but doesn't feel cheap. Was clean and ready for us right on the day we needed to move in. The kitchen is my absolute favorite as someone who loves to cook. We moved into a refurbished apartment, the appliances are wonderful so far. Yes the area isn't the safest from what I've heard and seen but it's all Tempe living and you just make sure to lock your door and your car and its honestly fine. That's big city living and not on the apartment to be police officers. Some of the other reviews I noticed, also mentioned the area as a bad knock on the complex but they don't control people who wander in and out of the area. They do perform background checks on actual residents. That's all they can do. So far any neighbors I've met have been pleasant and polite. The staff at the office is really great! There's so many great restraunts and shops around the area, always somewhere to explore! We love our apartment and are excited.

I been living here for almost a year. I can say that they helped be flexible with my rent when I didn't have it all on time. The manager Jessica is very fair to me when I let her know that I can't pay the whole amount and I greatly appreciate her. Buzz is
pretty awesome too, the maintenance man and he's become friends with my crazy dog.

Nothing but a GREAT experience since I’ve moved in. Kayla was amazing during my appproval and move in. Very professional and her communication was great which I really appreciated. The staff is nice and friendly. I love my unit. Zero issues thus far. I love the complex/community. It’s very clean and quiet. I also love the surrounding area. There are so many things near by which is a plus. I would highly recommend Omina McClintock. Easy 5 stars. I look forward to my remaining time here!

Office is super clean with amazing employees here in the office. They very friendly, honest and reliable! The complex itself is clean, well maintained, and well maintenance. They do have beautiful pools that I look forward to in the summer time and hope that other occupants do as well. I personally love my apartment and the lay out!

We recently moved in and the office staff have been very friendly and helpful! We like the nice courtyards and they are currently building a dog park. We have not had any major issues so far and recommend Omnia for easy move in! Also biking distance from campus

I was on the brink of despair looking for a new home for my children and I. Time was against me and with how expensive everywhere else in Tempe was to live, the Omnia On McClintock apartments changed the game. The ladies in the front office made my approval and move in process easy and peaceful and I couldn’t even believe how smooth the whole thing went. Kaylah and Jessica are absolutely amazing, they don’t know it but they were really the light at the end of my tunnel with how helpful they were! The staff in general does what you ask and so far it’s been a joy residing here. It’s clean, it’s mainly quiet, I’ve only had a few small things to address but besides that we have had no major issues thus far.

My sincerest appreciation to the office staff at Omnia on Mcclintock. Kaylah was especially welcoming and extremely helpful in getting us settled here. Without their diligence in getting our apartment prepared we would still be in a bind. The apartment is wonderful, clean and everything is in good working condition. The location is quiet and tidy. Thank you for your continued service ensuring we felt welcome and safe in our new home.

The worst management in past 3 years!

It's been almost a week, I submitted work orders about couple of things. One very urgent was about water leak from toilet and tank that caused fungus in floor and drywall and also leaked into the bedroom closet and got the carpet soaked with alot of smell over the last 6 days that caused us to move out of that bedroom and use the other one with 2 little kids! As they said, nobody contacted us by the end of the week. And we are drying the carpet at our own. I talked to the front desk women about changing the carpet as we are living here for 3 years and my kids got respiratory allergies, their only answer was No. People in management do not care for the building and they dont even care for young children they treat you as a disgusting renter and nothing more than that. Manager emailed on July 07 2022 upon joining that the residents are not a "monthly payment" but she is doing and making us feel the total opposite of that. If you put an emergency request, she will threaten you for charging extra for the urgent services. And last month they were very efficient in including our electricity bills in our rent along with another extra 50$ even when we still had a deadline to pay to SRP and our SRP account is active. They have recently added CAM charges of $40 plus for the work in community space without prior informing. That maintenance which we pay for but nobody cared to fix water spigot which continued spraying our front door for two weeks and office is next door and they walk by our door ten times a day. I have never experienced such a non professional management anywhere. Now do not reply that you are striving to provide better, coz it's all very obvious from your acts and you are here since July 07, or earlier than that so there is also no point of catching up.

So I would warn anyone who is thinking about living in this community that if you move in get ready for dealing with these people, paying extra and getting poorest services in return.

Not a nice place to stay. New management made some things better like communication and area security, but they still have issues. Such as broken washing machines, frequent leaking and appliance breaks and high rent. Really consider your options.

The A/C does not work when it is too hot outside or when it has been running for a long time. Happens only in the summer.

UPDATE: The A/C was fixed and is working now

RENTERS BEWARE! WORST MANAGEMENT.

I never received my deposit back after they told me they would send it.

Office still not answering phone calls or voicemails.
The staff email contact is now "no longer available".

1. VANTI RESIDENTIAL keeps changing out the staff so you can't figure out who to talk to. No main contact email.

2. Rent increased by 16% for a 6 month lease during COVID! Hint 4% is reasonable. This is 4x more! It is difficult to move during a PANDEMIC!

3. Majority of services are not being provided.

4. Pool turning green. This is a constant issue.

5. Gym not opened back up like other locations and usually very dirty when open. Extremely small for the amount paid for it compared to other locations.

6. Broken glass and trash on walk ways constantly and for long periods of time. Management does not walk property.

7. No night security. Constant screaming and shouting from out of control tenants. Police show up regularly.

8. Window screens are falling off windows for the past 6 months with no repair.

9. Bugs from the constant trash left out by neighbors. Management does nothing to stop the tenants.

10. No smoking community but constant smoker issues makes your apartment smell everyday of cigarettes and marijuana. Management does nothing.

11. Management will not respond to emails, voicemails, or pick up the phone during regular business hours.

12. Management will not schedule an in person appointments after multiple attempts to call and email.

13. Apartment window started to fall out in first week.

14. Heater broken on first night for 3 days with window falling out with below 30 degree temperature.

15. Oven broken for over 1 month from move in.

Alot of these issues could have been fixed quickly and easily. However, this management company is not working for their residents. The higher price does not reflect the low quality service and the damaged apartments that do not receive the proper amount of attention. I am both disappointed and very angry that this staff will not answer phones, emails, or voicemails. I have 1onth left and they will not work with me to allow me to leave or plan a new lease.

We have had ongoing issues with resident services. I was hopeful with new management things would get better, but it has not. Currently I’ve been without a bathroom light for a week. They apparently don’t listen to the messages on their maintenance request line, so I took my disabled self to the leasing office three days ago to put in a request, despite leaving my information for them multiple times on the maintenance line. Today I was told it was pushed to the back of requests because. They’ve apparently had three days of emergency repairs? I’ve seen other people say they’ve gone a month without a stove living at these apartments. Crazy the way they are just hiking up the prices and then treat their residents like an annoyance. I was told it’s really not a big deal that I’m getting ready in a pitch black bathroom every morning lmao. Not how you handle this situation.

The amount of times i’ve called the office, and complained about the living situation is insane that it’s not fixed. The light has not worked for over a year in the bathroom, the light in the kitchen has been out for 6 months & i’ve told them. There’s water damage from the neighbors upstairs. Water damage near the bathtub. The wall in the shower is soft and growing mold. This has not been fixed and i’ve been here for two years. Lately i’ve been seeing tiny bugs flying everywhere!

Bad business. 4 owners within two years. Cost of living does not match what apartments are listed to be as online. Don't get scammed to only viewing online. Make sure you look before moving
