Always friendly and clean! They are bag-less so make sure to bring a bag if you're going to shop!

I brought a bunch of cleaned gently used items that my son has grown out of. Not only was the lady extremely rude and appeared annoyed that I brought the items in, she rudely told me I had to come back before close to cash in or else all items would be donated. I pleaded that I have a young child at home and don't have luxury of being able to come back until the next day. She said that's too bad it's our policy and if you don't your items will be donated. I also had so many items in great condition and at the end of the day she offered me only $80. I don't know the resell baby items that well but I can assure you that was a really low offer only to find that out after making the trip back. It was a waste of time, I'm going to donate the next time to a charity or sell on offer up. Really annoyed at the completely rude attitude I received.

Great place to stock up on kids clothes without spending a ton. So many options, especially for shoes (since kids outgrow so fast)!

Great shop for baby and toddler second hand clothes. Definitely would recommend this place! They have great specials during holidays and specific weekends.

This is a great place to trade children's clothes, toys and much more! Everything is very well organized and clean. I totally recommend it!

Had a really bad experience in the store selling clothing. Brought in thousands of dollars worth of clothing this time. Last visit, it was multiple brand new bikes and scooters, many in boxes. The two girls (out of three working) were AWFUL. One girl scolded me to move over to the other counter and the other laughed and said, get out of my face and they both laughed. If I were the owner, they would be gone. But, I am sure it's hard to find anyone with a pulse willing to work retail these days. Won't be back but they will be fine. Just don't except to be treated with kindness at this location.

Over priced for quality. I bought a bassinet that I realized was broken when I got home. They obviously don’t inspect their equipment for before they sell it. I would not recommend buying any equipment from here. It’s a safety hazard.

I always find some great quality, barely used or new items for my daughter who is 19 months now. Usually great luck with Cat & Jack, Old Navy and Baby Gap brands.

Best place to buy childrens used clothes! Always find the best friends including Abercrombie Kids, Athleta Girl, and even Lululemon! They always have the best prices and sales. Highly recommend!

We love once upon a child! Good prices, cute clothes, and they have sales often. You can sign up for text messages and get notified when they have sales. My only issue is sometimes the clothes have stains or tares so you have to look closely.
