Victor was very helpful and kind. He helped us fix our furnace when we couldn't get the heat on and he offered us a maintenance plan to help keep our furnace and ac in good condition!

Service was excellent.phoned on a Saturday later in the day. The gentleman said they would be about an hour or an hour and a half. He was there promptly. The air conditioner needed a new part which he had with him. In no time he had the air working. The temperature outside had been 31C. I would not hesitate to call or recommend your services. Great experience! Our unit started acting out on a Friday evening. I called, spoke with someone immediately & received an appointment for the next morning. Jerry arrived within the appointment window, got straight to work & identified and resolved the issue quickly. Jerry was friendly, informative and also cleaned our unit which was much needed and so appreciated. Lovely experience all around, highly recommend.
