Stopped by to see about changing PCP's. Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed with the two gentlemen at the front desk. Not very friendly or helpful. So I left and will have to look elsewhere.

They have the most incompetent personal working. I’m still waiting on a phone call from the assistant director to call me from Monday and today after my insurance made an appointment yesterday for a blood test today they have rescheduled for a later date. This has happened too many times. Go figure it was Humana that scheduled the appointment.

Horrible place. Unresponsive to inquiries (including a request for cancer treatment referrals), ignorant of HIPAA (including the receptionist giving a patient detailed lab results over the phone in the lobby where everyone could hear), you may have an appointment and be told hours or even minutes beforehand the doctor will not be in the office, and the doctor pulls down his mask to talk to you.

Waiting over a month now for the referrals. Gary had responded in ny last review that I cannot find now. But I am not contacting him until these issues are resolved. My mom has Dementia and we needed care I get prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy I get prescriptions not even discussed by Dr. Chu, and a month on referrals that I have to follow up on. It has come to my attention that we are not contracted with Judy's insurance. Dr. Chu is willing to write a referral but the cost for the visit would be out of pocket. The Home Health agency is also not contracted with her insurance. The only thing I can think of is to call the insurance company to find out where she can go. Please let me know how you want to proceed with pain management

Called 3 weeks ago to get a referral for my wife's breast exam. Girl at front desk took the info. We have heard nothing. Called yesterday to speak to someone about getting that referral and another one. Told front desk I wanted to speak to a specific staff member and left message to have her call me. Have heard NOTHING. This borders on incompetence. Someone is not doing their job.
