2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz paint RUINED!

Had my truck for 1 month and went on my first vacation to the Grand Canyon. Stopped here for a carwash. Huge mistake. Completely RUINED my paint job. Every inch of my new vehicle has deep scratches and swirls. This experience is gut wrenching to say the least. I do not recommend this place. Stay Away! Who's going to pay for this repair?

This wash scratched the hell out of my vehicle with their brushes. I've never seen anything like it! Unbelievable!

Always go to this carwash, there isnt even one that comes close to this one in town. Always welcomed with a friendly greeting and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Dean is unfit to be managing anything. If he hasn’t been removed, he absolutely should be. He is unstable and has zero customer service skills.

Dean Underhill is a very unpleasant person who did not treat female customers with respect. Will avoid any company affiliated with him.

Don't ever talk to Dean if you see him working there. One of the rudest most entitled dudes I've ever seen. Just yelling at people acting like he's the God of gas stations.

ZERO stars if I could. Guess what? The bullying and harassment extends to the employees as well. As a former employee, telling it first hand. NEVER SHOP HERE.

Don’t get in an accident or have your vehicle break here. You will be harassed and have the cops called on you. It’s not a safe environment at all.

Was having a pleasant exchange with the cashier. Mgr says to finish it up. There was no one else in line. What a p rick.

Having a manager like Dean is completely unacceptable. Unprofessional and rude. Should be fired and never hired anywhere ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible management, Dean is not anyone I would want running my store. Harassing paying customers when situations are beyond their control is absolutely unacceptable.

Dean is completely unfit to be in any type of managerial position. He threatens law enforcement when he doesn’t get his way. He cannot handle any type of high stress situation professionally or compassionately. He is an aggressor AND harasser. He needs to be removed from this position immediately.

Dean, was being rude to someone who's car broke down as if they planned for it to break down. This guy was being a male Karen and should be fire for being rude to customers and not being understanding.

Management is so poor. Idk how Dean even got hired as a manager. He s disrespectful, has no compassion for customers who need car help AT A GAS STATION. What is he even doing here as a manager? He is CLEARLY not providing customer service as he is supposed to.
