Ladies, I'm writing to you both to express how pleased I am with the service provided by Marilynn Enriquez Suarez.

I have been a member of the credit union since 1996. Since then there have been several great outstanding employees there. I didn't think that anyone could replace Gladis Soto, and Javier Aguilera came close, but Marilynn takes it to another level.

Marilynn is always friendly, professional and responsive. I never feel like I'm intruding on Marilynn's time and she always follows through on what she says she's going to do.

Recently Marilynn helped my wife and I figure out an issue we needed a quick answer to. She called with the information ready, gave us the answer and was gracious about it. Marilynn's mantra is, "Just call me and I'll take care of it. " LOVE THAT!

In a time when customers are directed to apps and websites, Maryilynn still realizes what outstanding customer service looks like and we sincerely appreciate it. Please pass along our praise to her and if you'd like more examples or details don't hesitate to call or email.

Horrible! We went to open checking account. Front desk Cristal told if we didn't make an announcement, we cant. THE BRANCH HAD NO CUSTOMERS AND WE HEARD VERY LOUD GIGGLING AND LAUGHINGS.

Erik Soriano and Lisa at the Monroe branch went above and beyond to help me get an account opened over the phone. I am very grateful for them going the extra mile. This is the kind of service you won’t find elsewhere! Give them a call!

From someone who's been with them for decades, literally. Decent credit union although their locations are less than adequate, I live in town (Ahwatukee, population appx. 85,000) and have to drive for 20 to 25 minutes to get to the closest branch at Rural and Southern in Tempe or drive to Gilbert. For that alone, they lose a star. Also, if you have an online issue nobody seems able to help, more than once for us, not sure why they aren't able to resolve issues but. Builders of confidence they are not

Been a member all my life, however when it comes to what members should pay, is disgraceful. They make member pay for what someone should pay if not a member. All I wanted was a moneyorder and they charged me 3 dollars and shrugged and the girl had an attitude. That service that shouldn't be allowed

Anthony Sotelo in the Monroe branch is the best banker I have ever met. He is nice, responsive, and efficient. He helped me open my checking account in less than 30 minutes. He does not ask any dumb questions. He provided me all the required information I need to be cautious such as fees.

I am very unhappy with their telephone 800 service right now. I was on hold for over 30 minutes, never got any help. Tried to call an actual branch, got kicked back to the 800 number that never picked up. I thought opening an account online would be easy, no one has called me, I can't get anyone on the phone myself, & now I'm out the $25 I spent opening an account. I'm VERY upset & going to go down to the branch & close it immediately if I don't get some help soon. All I wanted was my member # so I could pay some bills.

The girls here are all so nice and super helpful! Doesn't matter what I need they are always so knowledgeable and help me out! It's a branch that's far from home but I come here because of the service I receive!

Yes this is a pretty good Bank as far as a bank but the things that you need that cannot be done.like take money from a regular bank and put it into my account that’s ok but I cannot take money from one AZ account.and put it into a regular bank without being charged as in six dollars at a time

For the Monroe location, opened a savings account along with a secured loan. It was quick and easy. Erik was very informative and helpful. All in all very satisfied with my transaction and experience today.

We LOVE our credit union! We’ve been with One AZCU for four years. In fact, this location was just being opened when we started our account with them. The people who work here are always helpful & kind. If you’re looking for a change in baking options, seriously consider One AZCU! They are opening more locations across the state to make banking more convenient, as well. You won’t regret a change to ONE AZCU!

I visit a few different branches around the Valley since banking with OneAZ (for about 15 years now) and have always liked the Monroe branch the best. It’s accessible when I’m downtown and parking is simple and free. The tellers are always kind and I rarely have to wait to be assisted.
