Quinton Kreyling has helped our family multiple time at the Prescott Valley branch. He is always smiling and very knowledgeable. We were greeted by Cassidy at the front and she was super nice. She welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Thank you OneAZ.

Had a very helpful and great experience. My question were answered thoroughly and was giving example of how plans, sign-ins and memberships work. Giving a shoutout to Quinton for being so helpful and giving me the best experience to go through and bank with OneAz credit Union. He also helped me with my online accounts with other banks as well to manage my money.

Doesn't allow CCW was the first red flag. Apparently they had a mask policy since at least last year according to support on the phone, which seems outrageous to me since we've had plenty of evidence & time to see this virus is a farce. The building looks nice from the outside I guess.

Morgen and Holly are absolutely amazing. Morgen got me to open a savings account and explained everything to me. Holly was beyond amazing when opening my account, she went over everything from fees to what they have to offer. Truly amazing staff!

I opened an account online and had no contact for a few days. When I decided to go into the branch I met with Sam who helped not only make sure I had everything situated with my account but that I also got some additional things done to make it an above and beyond experience!

I had the worst experience at this bank. I went in to cash a check from an accredited museum and they put it on a 3 day hold. As a business owner I explained I have 6 people on payroll. I ended having to call 4 different contacts to have the check verified, to which the bank refused, I even had the VP of finance from the institution offer her line from the museum to clear the check, to which the bank still refused because that phone number wasn't on the check. Customer service from the branch to the phone was rude and unhelpful. I hope no other small business owners have to deal with such unprofessional and unhelpful people.

Christy and Quinton were amazing! Christy spent 5 hours helping get our computer and reassigning accounts. Quinton was most helpful and quick. Thank you! We do love you and Charity’s involvement with the Town.

Thank you to the branch manager Kristi for quickly responding to my concerns. I understand this bank has protocols and within those she helped me with deposit concerns. Issue has yet to be resolved but she has gone above and beyond
