Heather was amazing! I was able to get my car refinanced through her and was the easiest process! I didn’t even think it was possible and she made it run so smooth! Ask for her when it comes to your refinancing needs!

This is not my first negative experience with OneAZ Credit union. They always seem to be pleasant enough but make things challenging where they don't need to be. And, just because a person is pleasant, doesn't mean they are knowledgeable. Where the issue lies is within the company's communication between the call center and the branches. As I shared earlier, this is not the first or second negative experience.

The other day, I stopped in to cash a cashier's check that had an additional party. I called the customer service line first. Explained what I would like to do, by having the check signed over, then deposited. The rep stated that would not be an issue. When I arrived at the Scottsdale Branch  the teller stated the other party needed to be present. I asked the manager (same manager) and shared the rep stated there was no issue.   She asked for the last name of the employee I spoke with at the call center. Employees at call centers do not give out last names. The manager literally turned and walked away from me while I was speaking with her. I was so appalled! As I shared, there is no customer service. This is why I have been using another bank and only using OneAZ for physical deposits.

Since then, the call center has  grown with rudeness, inpatients, more inaccurances, and long waits. Kindness is a thing of the past. I see none of the benefits I once did from a local credit union.

Briana was very helpful! Helped me out with a car loan and was efficient and knowledgeable.

Heather Arnone & One AZ Credit Union were amazing and made the purchase of my new vehicle seamless. They have great rates and their customer service is second to none.

Also, I recently switched over to OAZCU from one of the bigger banks and it was a great move. Juan “John” Melendez Branch Manager of Scottsdale Kierland is one of the best I’ve meet and all of the staff is awesome too. They make you feel like a member of the bank instead of just a number like the big banks.

Barbara Magyar.was a lifesaver. Needed assistance. ADOT no help nor was Member Care Services.
