Where do I start, it’s been an incredibly terrible and challenging experience with this credit union and it’s employees.

I am a person whom takes great pride in my credit and work hard to maintain it. I refinanced my vehicle.signed all the final documents for terms at a 2.3% rate. Overall it was a decent experience.

I make my first pymnt, including an over pymnt and apply the extra to the principal.

This is where the fun begins. Two weeks later I get a harassing phone call from collections. Apparently my rate is 18+% and my payment was not enough. I explain this must be a mistake and would like a call from a person who can explain and better yet resolve this unknown issue.

Fast forward another 2 weeks. I’m still getting collection calls and still no answer nor a resolution to what’s going on. I finally receive a voicemail from Ryan Hawkins whom is supposed to be a regional manager. He explains OneAZ made a mistake with the original registration documents in the refi and makes it seem like an easy fix.

Another two weeks go by, and I hv still not heard back from Ryan or anyone for that matter on how and when this is going to fixed! To make it worse, they have reported me late to the credit bureau. Plus I’m still getting calls from collections!

Worst customer service experience, that is now effecting my financial records that I’ve worked hard to build. Extremely frustrating and should be unacceptable!

The call center rep I spoke with, Cameron, was an absolute rock star. Attentive. Matched my pace. Handled all my questions and concerns. I manage a call center team, and I would play that recording for training purposes as an example of a great call. Thank you!

Candace was very helpful and extremely pleasant in assisting me locate the tax forms for our accounts. She was so patient as I logged off of the one server that was not showing the forms and logged on to a different server and then she pointed me right to the tax forms that I needed. Thanks for your help, Candace!

I spoke with Melissa when I needed help resetting my password. I had gotten a new phone and didn’t remember my login information. She was very thorough in confirming my identity and quickly helped me reset my password. I had a great experience and was happy not to have to wait on hold to speak to anyone. Thanks for all your help!

We first made contact with Morgan Robel (Digital Direct Team Lead) the first part of March 2021. She has been incredibly timely and the communication is greet! She has guided us through a mess while we have had to deal with a car dealership. Morgan is an utmost professional person and has certainly has allowed us to feel better about a rotten situation with the dealership. We look forward to continuing to work with Morgan and her team at OneAZ. We have been members since 1995. I would recommend OneAZ to anyone in need of financial guidance. My disgust for car dealerships has softened while working with Morgan Robel! She is a great person in my opinion.

This institution should stick to checking and savings. Bryan Shlieper, the banker I dealt with should not be in the banking business. Bryan bad mouthed the realtors contracted to do the rebate program, never returned calls or emails and the list goes on and on. I suggest you seek other lenders for a good experience as buying a house should be. Bryan and OneAz made my experience a hellish nightmare. Zero stars.

I am very pleased and very appreciative of the service that Tammie & Chameika provided me. I feel they are very sincere in their desire to provide top of the line customer service. I felt cared for every step. I would definitely recommend Tammie & Chameika to others.

Every time I call the 1-800 number that's listed on the back of my debit card I always get ahold of a representative at this location. Although this is not the main Branch that I bank at their customer service is just not up to par like at the other locations that I bank at in person. I'm just REALLY disappointed at the level of customer service I receive at this location Whenever I Call to do my banking over the phone. Even the manager Janine is extremely unprofessional.

I have never been to this office, mostly offices in Tucson and in Payson, Arizona. This is the best financial institution ever, no matter where located. I have banked at traditional institutions most of my life and for me, One AZ Credit Union is the best. They have so much to offer and their service is always professional, proficient, and much respect to their customers. I give them 5+ stars! Thank you!

I have been banking with AZOne (AZ Credit Union) my entire adult life. I started when I had my first real job, and stayed with them through college and moves to 2 other states. They have provided the same level of outstanding customer service when my account was literally less than zero up to now with quadrupled income. I know they are risk adverse and not everyone meets their high credit standards but that is how credit unions work! I love my blue card - I won't go anywhere else.

Had One AZ for over 10 years because of their great service and their locations happened to be convenient for my in-person banking needs. Also their loans seem competitive with big banks. This HQ location is somewhat small, but a new bigger one is being built just a mile away.

Horrible service. I called to mal a payment over the phone and they would not waive the 10 dollar fee. I mailed it at first and it came back to me and they would not negotiate with me on waiving the fee for over phone. I have had lots of companies work with me on that. I will try and find a different lender because these people r stupid

I have been a member of this credit union for at least 13 years. They are always friendly and helpful. Any issues I have had have been promptly addressed. They have been there for car loans, credit card theft, ATM issues and my daily banking needs. I literally will not bank anywhere else!

Any time i call in or need help, they are so so rude, is crazy to me that i would put my money in an institution that would treat me so awful, i will be pulling my money out next week and going with a different bank.

Fantastic experience each time I have gone in. Alma made the switch from my old lender so smooth. Everyone has been super helpful, and any issues I have are resolved quickly.

I love this bank and I love going to this one. I have had this bank for 10 years and they work with u all the help they can and I would like to say I want 20+ good more years in front of us
