With everything going on in this world I found myself in need of extrat money for unexpected expense and OneMain Financial came through. They were great to work with and the entire process was easy and almost effortless. I feel I got a great deal for the help I needed. Thank you One Main Financial for making this process so easy.

During this crisis my work hours have been cut in half. I am not trying not to pay one main financial. I am doing the best I can. One main financial will call me at least five times during the day. The crisis hasn't changed neither has my circumstances. I will never use one main financial services again.

Very simple and easy process. Funds in account next day. Jasmine and her colleague were very friendly & helpful.

Said I qualified for a loan and then I get a phone call later on saying I don’t. Complete waste of time

They are not helpful, they do not explain properly, and their interests rates are far too high.

The representatives are friendly and helpful. I went in initially with a lower credit rating and returned recently with a much higher one. I was treated the same both times!

Submitted the application and was prequalified, provided all the documents and my personal information, made a appointment to sign paperwork, got a call stating unfortunately I wasn’t approved after reviewing all the documents and if I had someone that can co-sign.straight forward from the beginning you should’ve said I wasn’t approved not lead me thinking I was approved getting off work early to sign papers. So unprofessional and waste of my time. Would not recommend this place.

Credit Karma suggested a different lender to me "pre-approved ". They wasted my time for 4 days, l to turn me down. One Main was the next suggested company. I should have went with them first! Proffesional, prompt, up front, honest answers. I filled out the app online. Lily called me immediately. While I was still waiting for the other company to answer me, I held off. Went to them yesterday. Was in the office under and hour. Lilly got me approved at approximately 3pm. By 7am toady, full amount deposited. Couldn't be happier! Don't waste your time with any other lender. Go to One Main Financial in Tolleson! Excellent service! Excellent rates, immediate decision, no wasted time! Thanks Lilly & One Main Financial!

Predatory loans here, they mislead you, force you to give WAY Beyond what should be required of your personal info, bills, etc, then try to make you accept some OUTRAGEOUS loan terms for ridiculously small loans.they refuse to remove customer info from the database and sell your info as well-gotten over 30 ad's since attempting to do business here. Has to be something illegal about that-selling customer info.

Dont ask for Rubi, she doesnt know what shes doing.i ended up paying more $$$ NEVER GOING BACK!

This place just wastes your time, I received there message from credit karma. They do false advertisement, I send all my paperwork and everything did meet. But I guess not for Onemain Financial. Im not happy at all.

Wonderful Service from beginning to end! I am VERY happy with my loan and the extra insurance they offer. Jasmine was such a knowledgeable and sweet lady. She and her office manager gave me the BEST customer service. Thank-You so much!

Said I qualified for a loan, went in, they said they had to finalize? Came back and said because I didn't offer a vehicle as collateral that I was being denied although that wasn't a condition of the loan I was approved for. Absolute waste of time.
