Onin Staffing, Glendale AZ

Right when I walked in the door I knew this was gonna be a place that was gonna help me pursue the type of work I desired and was most comfortable for me. They did, offered me a position on the spot and start date, absolutely great. All of the lady employees where super nice and helpful. They ask lots of questions to figure out what type of person you're, type of work, schedule, area, and pay you desire. Onin is not like any other staff agency that is out there, they really care and want the best for you and want you to succeed and flourish.

They got me a job within a day; Should have been my red flag but I need the money and unfortunately businesses take advantage of that. I was not told specifics about my job and then was reprimanded by the company I was temping for, I contacted Onin and Stephanie multiple times voicing my concerns and asking for other jobs. Today I was let go after I communicated the mistreatment of the temp employees; When interviewed for the job they never explained the facility we were working for and how they run each part of their facility, if I had known this was the temp agency that would be advocating for me and that Fidelitone would be the place they send me, than I would’ve never taken the position. Onin let’s them do what they want with you as temps and there’s no job security through Fidelitone, no guarantee on even 40 hours a week in a warehouse.

On in Staffing is the real deal! When it comes to having a servant heart, I choose this company. I invited them to an event. They showed up and showed out! A absolutely wonderful staff to work with. They truly are trying to help people.

Honestly i wouldn’t go here again. If you need a 1 time job then this is the right place for you. I got helped by Beatrus and she got me my job but when it came to my mother passing away they let me go. They don’t answer and they have no good jobs to offer. Find a different staffing agency that will actually help you find a job and will understand when a family emergency happens.
