Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Phoenix AZ

By far the worst Ono Hawaiian location. Their customer service is the worst. They see you waiting, ready to order and continue to play around in the kitchen. They go back and forth yelling they want to go home. The cashier was extremely rude when we told her she forgot to give us our drink. Don’t waste your time here!

All other restaurants in the valley opened their dining rooms long ago. I am tired of eating cold food from here just cuz I have to drive someplace with table and chairs (home, park, friends house). I hope the owners know this is affecting their business and reconsider opening the dining rooms. NO MORE COLD TAKE OUT!

Normally it's pretty good. But today the chicken was crackling burnt black on one side. And we had 4 meals. Burnt in all 4.

Just received my food in lieu of my son picking up the order and I received the wrong food n to add insult to it all im.pretty sure they took the phone off the hook so unable to call and correct this, lord knows I don't need to make a separate trip up there after I worked all day and all I want is the correct food, so tired n irritated

Food is always fire here. Best to order by phone to save money as the food apps charge extra. We are locals here and usually get this for our family so we can eat for two days from leftovers and we usually get the family meal.

The most horribly managed restaurant I’ve ever been to. Long wait, disorganized staff, and management that doesn’t seem to care. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

I felt very safe with social distancing and masks required. I ordered online and it was ready a few minutes after I arrived.

I love the food at Ono but this location has THE worst customer service. I ordered a mini plate and a regular plate and they only gave me 2 sauces. When I asked for 2 extra sauces, she didn’t even let me finish speaking and said we’re only allowed to give 1 per plate, then dismissed me. Well I would have gladly paid for them had she given me the chance to speak but I guess not.

Oh man, this is a hard one.good food but the front stuffs need more customer service training. I asked for a simple order change and the person behind counter was not able to fix the order. Beside fact that she wasn’t able to recommend anything out of menu.

Something different from the run of the mill takeout places in the area. I love Hawaiian food and was surprised how good this place is. Their Kahlua pork is spot on and chicken katsu was perfectly crispy. The mac salad here is literally the best I have had anywhere and I would go here just for that! Portions are massive so you really get a lot of value for your money

The food is so good, place is very clean, good friendly atmosphere. The workers tonight especially the cashiers were super friendly. Wish the restaurant was open so I could sit and enjoy my food in the atmosphere. Will come again to this location.

Love the food. However the whole experience with their team. Was very disorganized unprofessional and It is very noticeable these ppl do not like their job. I understand you gotta make a living but they should try to enjoy themselves (at the very least be professional) they took our order incorrectly 3x even after repeated multiple times and still received orders incorrectly. Again food is yummy but this stores employees need some serious direction.

The food is great but they never put enough broccoli with the cabbage when I ask and the food is never ready at the time they say it is when I order on the phone. I wish they would just tell me 30 minutes instead of 15 and then I show up in 15 minutes and have to wait another 15.

Good food but it's to go only and to 20 minutes for them to prepare our food even though we were 2 of 3 people in the restaurant.

Why list a phone number if no one answers the phone? Some stuff is unclear on the menu hence not just placing an order and calling in so my hungry children doesn't have to wait in your lobby with no where to sit since youre still closed to dine in for some really really strange reason. Lost $100
