Love this place. I always order in advance and just pick-up. The website is easy to use to order on-line. The area is busy but it's the nearest one to me. But been there a few times and it never disappoints.

On my way to the airport to return home and made a pit stop at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. This place is awesome, quick service, made to order. What they lack in slow service due to lack of staffing, they make up for in quality quick service food. Place looked clean. I have eaten at other Ono's in the past and this one seemed to top them all. Prices are good, and if other people in your party don't want Hawaiian BBQ there are a few other places literally next door so everyone should be happy. Two scoops of rice and a side of mac.yes please, the usual! LOL

Seems like the employees care more about being on their phones rather than helping customers. Waited 15 minutes while my order was ready the whole time.

The food was ok. Service was not good at all. Lady at the drive thru counter didn’t even bother asking if we wanted any sauces or anything. Then didn’t put any napkins or sliver ware in the bag for our order. So now we are at the hotel unable to enjoy the food. Won’t come back to this location.

The food is always great here. The wait time is not so great. Maybe I'll call ahead and place my order the next time I go.

Food is good, but it takes forever to be made every time. Might as well have gone to a sit-down restaurant. Last time I had to go up and ask about my order after waiting 20 minutes to find that it was sitting in the back ready, but not assembled.

Used to love it. Last time forgot my rice, which is 1/3 the meal. They argued about a partial refund. Drive thru is slow waited behind 1 car for 20 minutes. I just gave up.

Takes way too long to get food and is not worth the money. I would rather go somewhere else. The food isn’t horrible but the quality isn’t there.

Our family has been coming to this location for years and we’ve given the location so many tries. It’s not always the business but the employees that are working for the company that make us not want to go anymore. We’ve always had problems if it’s not with our food being cold, or old, it’s a problem with the employees attitudes. I’ve called in ahead of time to place orders because every time it’s a different rule as to the food that we get. The previous time I’ve gone inside to place my order for fire island chicken because the location states that they cannot make that kind of order in the drive through. Okay I started going inside to order. When I’ve asked different managers what is the policy for this meal they either tell me come inside or call in and pick it up through the drive through. I’ve been calling ahead for months to pick up or call in order through the drive through. Today was the last time I let it slide. We ordered ahead of time, we came through the drive through and the cashier tells us next time you have to pick it up inside for call ins, why if I’ve gotten it this way for months now. The only difference is my last orders were in the morning/evening and today It was a late meal. And that snot the only thing that upset me. When I got off my car to pick up the order inside because they were unwilling to give it through the drive through, the cook charged me and proceeded to serve all the orders with no sanitization of his hands no gloves and all the other employees just laughing at the situation at hand. Truly upset will I longer give onos Hawaiian any more business.

I used to work at onos but at a different location & idk why they take so long for the food I agree customer service is horrible i recommend going inside cs it’s faster i was in drive thru for 20 mins & I had to back out & go inside & order wait another 10 mins & left w my food & seen the same card in the drive thru still I did see only 1 cook but Everytime I ask “they aren’t hiring” they always have an attitude & my chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way

Came in the evening for dinner and waited in the drive thru 30 MINUTES! Insane. I had to call from the drive thru to find out what was going on and the manager kept talking about what she didn’t have (steak, ribs, employees, etc). Got to the window and didn’t receive a “sorry for the wait” or anything. In fact, the manager started to get an attitude and become confrontational. Wow. Got home, food was cold and they left out bbq sauce on the side. All the employees looked like high schoolers that were inside playing, not running a restaurant. Corporate needs to step in and do something.

Food was good, customer service? Not so much. Went here with the family around 8: 50 pm, and they close at 10: 00 pm. Online, it said that their lobby was open for dine-in, but when we got there, we were told take out only, but there was outside seating, which encompassed a one small table and 2 chairs. Being that there was 5 of us, that was problematic, but we made it work.

Waiting in the drive through for over 30 min only 2 cars were a head of me. Also when I got my food it was cold and was sitting there never going back again.

Have ordered online at least 10 times I get there an hour later, EVERYTIME because I know they take long, But Everytime they don't even start cooking it till I get there so I have to wait 30 mins when I get there anyway.rude people and TERRIBLE customer service.

I’ve never been to the actual location but have ordered twice through Uber and both times the food was great! Everything is correct and flavor is on point!

Worst customer service EVER! I sat in line for over thirty minutes and when I finally reached the window they didn't have my order! She came back after discussing it with another worker, came back laughing and said Okay Whats Your Order? I said you know what? Forget it! With No apology at all she says Okay! HAVE A GREAT NIGHT and shuts the window in my face! Never going here again!
