Took my truck in there with engine running rough. They diagnose and repaired it within a day. Great service and reasonable price. Definitely going to use them again in the future.

Went here for an alignment and diagnosing a noise. Told me the noise was from an issue. I asked if an alignment would help until I can get the work done and they said no. A bad garage would have done the alignment anyway to get the money and then done the alignment again after I replaced the suspension parts.
Replaced the parts and went back to them for the alignment. Super helpful and will 100% go back to them. Car drives like new again!

Good customer service and good mechanical service. I took my 1999 Mercedes in and received excellent service! It was my first visit and I am impressed with the staff and I will become a loyal customer. Good job everyone

Pros: Fast service, friendly, great snack on the counter while waiting along with beautiful decor.

Cons: The name on the building is a little confusing because it doesn’t display Ooroo, instead it says Hickery.

We had shocks and oil change and took me home and picked up.
Better than jeep dealer in Tucson and closer and cheaper.

- Told me I should replace my struts every 50,000 miles.you're telling me I should drop >$2000 every 50k miles on struts? Absolutely ridiculous.

Quality of service itself seems fine, but this business is gouging everyone HARD on price.

I would recommend Brake Masters as a no-nonsense, high-value alternative.

These guys are awesome, their real business name is Hockey's Automotive been in business for over 20 plus years in the same location just changed name, Mr. Leroy, John & Eddie and its team will make sure you & your vehicle are taken well care off plus they have shuttle and a comfy waiting room with Air Conditioning with beverages and cookies and chips.

I love the fact that they come to my work which means I can save the two hours it would take me on a Saturday afternoon to spend more time with my family! The tech also rotated the tires upon request. He topped off all the fluids. I will never waste my time going to a shop. This is so convenient!

I stumbled across Ooroo after having my car in another shop nearly five months and $6000 later I finally had my car towed to Ooroo. The car was in a hot mess, missing bolts and screws and brackets. Brian is freaking amazing! I probably would’ve ended up selling my vehicle if he wouldn’t have taken on the challenge. John at the front desk is a great guy, honest and helpful. The manager at this repair shop is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The mechanics and support staff are great at what they do and they have the best waiting room I've ever seen for a repair shop. My huge vehicle was taken care of professionally and promptly and was even done before they said it would be. They also have a shuttle service which really helpful. I will be going here again.

This company is my hero: my car won't start even after recharging my battery with a cable and checking alI the nuts and connections, I called few mechanical shops who told me to bring to them with a tow truck and couldn't scheduled within 3 days because they were busy. I decided to call OOROO Auto, mechanical mobile. They come right to you, scheduled pretty fast and fixed the issue.

The folks at Ooroo are just great! No sleazy upsales or anything… I know I can trust them.

Very impressed with their mobile service, Easiest oil change experience ever! Even better, technician Dylan was friendly, informative, and super thorough in his safety check. He pointed out an issue with low coolant level and a leaking radiator hose that would have definitely caused big trouble down the road. Will definitely use their service again.

I liked that they have a car to transport customers. Was more expensive, but I believe that they did all that was requested an more. They called to say what I needed. Thanks ️

Went for oil and filter change ended up paying $225 because they told me i needed serpentine belt changed and couple other filters which i was charged double on parts.next day started having bad noises when i turned car on so went to Daves Tire and Auto had them ck and they showed me serpentine belt was never changed and i was charged double for parts then i should of. NEVER GO THERE RIP OFFS!
