Open Range Grill and Tavern, Sedona AZ

This Place was Beautiful and the food and Desserts were out of this world! My Suggestion a Must GO!

Delicious food and BEAUTIFUL scenery, Highly highly reccomend and try the cactus queso dip.omgsh amaaazing.

Great Sedona views! Good food! Good beer selection. Service was prompt and attentive. I got the pulled pork barbeque sandwich and it was large and tasty ran about 16 bucks. My spouse got a tasty turkey club for 14 and those both included fries. Kids got the Mexican samplers and they were large and tasty. About 7 beers on the draft selection with some seasonal rotating taps. It is a little pricey, but really average for the Sedona area. Beers on tap were 7. We will go back again when we have some visitors in!

Exceptional experience at this establishment. Although the food was fantastic, the view was amazing, and the heated patio was perfectly warmed, the thing that really put my time at open range over the top was my server Gregory. Gregory was probably the most ideal server I've had in terms of attitude, attentiveness, and genuine care for the guests. Now in reference to the food at open range, my nachos were really upper echelon due primarily to the complexity in layering that was present throughout. I didn't find myself having to search for ingredients to put atop each chip all the way down to the plate. If I could give any recommendations a larger beer selection would be great, but the cocktail menu was extensive so I think that's a little more what they focus on anyway. Either way, will visit again.

That was one of the best ribeye steaks I have ever had. Seared to perfection and cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. The view was spectacular as well. A completely fulfilling dining experience! Oh and how can I forget our server Cody? He was awesome

Phenomenal views from the patio table shown on all 3 pictures. Bison burger was perfect and french fries had a good unique taste. There was no wait even for the patio on Saturday at noon. Good selection of food and priced well. Will satisfy your lunch and Sedona viewing needs at the same time. Located towards the end of Uptown.

Our first visit to Sedona on a beautiful warm April day and we wanted to try a local beer and restaurant. Traveling from Florida, we had our dog Stella with us. Open Range Grill and Tavern welcomed us, offering a choice of local brews and a pet menu and pet friendly patio. We ordered Oak Creek Amber beers for ourselves and Fido’s Favorite for Stella. All natural chicken breast and apple slices. She cleaned her plate and we emptied our glasses! A must if you are in Sedona.

Had a taco salad with chorizo topping. Excellent choice. Best ever. Staff friendly and prompt. View from open air seating exceptional. Many thanks to manager Dave Crans and staff. '

View: amazing. Food: bad. Kind of like a Chili's? I don't know because I don't eat at Chili's. Very expensive for the quality. Service: good. If you wanna just hang out there, get the carrot cake. It easily feeds three people.

I absolutely love this restaurant! It has gorgeous views! The people who served us were super nice and friendly, and I enjoyed my food and drinks! I got their veggie burger with fries and it was to die for! I also tried a virgin prickly pear margarita which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this place to any tourist visiting in Sedona!

Came in and got seated and received no service. Was patient with the employees chatting with each other gave it a few minutes to get service only for this guy who comes in loud and obnoxious like waving for service. Didn't realise i needed to be an A* hole to get service. Walked out after that.

Over priced! And they tipped themselves! Apparently my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 13) was a large party. They didn't even earn the tip they gave themselves. Very poor service!

Great place to come and grab a nice cold beer and a great bison burger! Staff is always very friendly and the views are breathtaking! They have some really good beer battered onion rings. If you're in Sedona, we definitely recommend you give them a try! Its a local staple for us whenever we are in town!

Staff was super nice but food was very mediocre. Our group ordered a handful of things and it wasn't even on par with a cheaper chain restaurant. But their price was almost double. On top of it, we ordered Buffalo wildw but they brought out BBQ sauced wings. When we sent them back they clearly took the same wings and just doused them in buffalo sauce.

The waiter was nice about it and tookb the order off our tab after we asked. But really overpriced.

Beautiful views of the mountains while sitting on the outside patio. Wait staff and food were good. Would definitely return if we ever get back to Sedona

Food is delicious. My husband thought it was one of the best burgers he's had. We went here twice on our trip! The ribs are delicious as is the top sirloin. My son's corn dog was the biggest he's ever seen! The gorgeous views are a plus!

The meal was ok but the service was slow and the bill was not accurate. They charged for a more expensive item than what we ordered. It was fixed, but it took a while to get a new and accurate bill.

The food was good. The heated patio was great. The view was nice. The service was fast and friendly. The Bison Burger was great. I saw the Carrot cake and it looked Great!

A little on the pricey side, but well worth every penny. The ribeye is to die for, will definitely be returning here. Me and the wife come here everytime we come down to Sedona. Beautiful scenery. Place gets pretty busy after 4: 00pm. This place is a 10 plus restaurant. If your looking for a quick bite with the family, this isn't the place for you.

First of all the view from here was fantastic. The average price of a meal was around $25. The food is a mix of Mexican and grill food with burgers and some really nice looking steaks. The service was ok which is why I knocked off a star. Having lipstick on my water was met with a joke instead of an apology. The other thing I found odd was instead of just raising their already above average price for a bar and grill, they put a note at the bottom of the menu saying there was a 3% surcharge for healthcare added after the fact. So while the food was good, I really felt like we were paying for the location not the service or food.
