Open Road Cycle Works reviews
17I needed to have my bike inspected as it wasn’t turning on. These guys were willing to stay a bit after closing to make sure the tow truck was able to get there and drop it off. On top of that they inspected it right then and there and gave me their honest opinions on the repair when the could've just lied to make a quick $. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating and when ever I have issues with a bike Open Road will be my go to. 10000% my go to recommendation. Amazing service!
Best place in Phoenix to take your Harley. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, and always get the job done at a fair price.
New to Arizona and needed to find a good reliable bike shop. Open Road Cycle Works gets the job done. Smitty is a hard working mechanic and extremely knowledgeable. He stands by his work and goes out of his way to help. Thanks Smitty!
I was having the hardest time finding some quick help with replacing a rim on my 2002 super glide. Smitty took care of me and even went out of his way to do so. Thanks, you're a life saver man! Definitely come to these guys if you need good work done.
The lead mechanic there is a freak when it come to working on things! Don't believe there is anything he can't fix!
Everything went smoothly and they were nice enough to stay late 20 min so I could pick up my bike
My first experience with the shop was to replace a rear tire on a V-Rod. They did the work quickly. I was happy that they installed a good quality tire with a decent expiration date. Went back soon after with a question about an after market oil dipstick. They had the answers fast.
Quality work from quality people! I highly recommend getting your bike fixed @ Open Road Cycle Works
Great supporter for the sunnyslope community! They opened their doors for us to have a poker stop for "Santa Toy Run" thank you Open road!
I researched five other bike repairs shops before picking up the phone to call Open Road. These guys are great at customer service. The owners are the mechanics. Rob called me to update on what he thought the problem was and when he would have it fixed. These two guys are the first honest repair shop I have found in the 15 years. The previous bike repair shop told me I needed new front rotors at a cost of 1,300. Rob told me I didn't need new rotors and was able to fix my brake problem for under 400.00. They will have all of my future business
Coach and Rob are excellent techs/mechs. Labor is more than reasonable, and parts purchased are excellent. Great dudes, great shop! Give em' a call.
Coach Is Awesome! My Bike wiring was in real bad shape! He got it fixed and ready to roll in one Day after an Unnamed shop did more damage than good! I will Definitely Make Open Road Cycle Works My go to from now on! Professional Service! Quality work! Great Prices! Believes in your safety as a Motorcyclist!
Got tires put on my Harley Limited there. Excellent service. Reasonable and very quick. Will go back when I need engine or custom work.
A great shop, great service, and a great team. Rode my bike in from Dallas and after arriving I pulled up needing something properly torqued down after having to perform a roadside repair.
They took my bike straight to a lift, have me a token for a beer next door, and had me ready to go rather quickly.
Pricing is on point as well, they also love veterans.
I will definitely be taking my bike there for any maintenance beyond my current skillet.
If ever in the PHX and you are in need of a great mechanic, then see Jeff Jones aka Coach and his partner Rob.
Both men have gone out of their way to not only service my bike (s) they've also installed front and rear tires at a very reasonable price.
Tired of being jacked and paying dealer shop rates, then I would highly recommend Open Road Cycle Works.
They are expert Harley Mechanics and can repair any other makes and models, including quads and or ATV'.
Only the best right here in the PHX area.
Great place to do business with, from all your tire needs, maintenance, repairs, and service, these guys are top notch! They take care of all of our bikes.
