Optima Medical - Dewey, Dewey-Humboldt AZ

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I filled out the tablet questionnaire. I was taken back 5 minutes after I completed my paperwork. Mary is ALWAYS very thorough! She listens to my concerns and offers suggestions and advice without ever holding my feet to the fire.
The entire practice runs like a well oiled machine!

Had a very unprofessional experience today went in for a bad cough. First of all, the pretend Dr called me a layer and told I had nothing wrong with me. Never listened to my lungs or no exam. So I left. In my 85 years never had such a rude e x l experience

This is Angela (not Ben, my husband)! Optima Clinic, for me personally, has always been a place of comfort to come to when I need help, answers & healing… the staff is courteous, wait times usually short, & Tatyana Erdmann is a gem … makes me feel like I’m the most important patient there & she answers all my questions

It was easy to get an appointment. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I was treated by Heather. She was kind, considerate and professional.

Dr Mary is always on top of things very polite professional always listens to what I have to say by far the best dr I’ve had

My provider Tatyana is absolutely an amazing and experienced Dr. She never makes me feel rushed. And is very thorough. Highly recommend her.

I think very highly of Tatiana. She is a wonderful doctor and I don’t ever want her to leave. The staff are great. The one that helped me today was at the far left. She was very sweet and took time to let me know of the short delays as Tatiana was very busy today.

The front desk ladies are always so chipper, & NP linda Neson. I'd never go anywhere else as long as shes here! She genuinely cares. Everyone is in tune. That makes all the difference!

Linda Nelson is such a wonderful doctor and has such a pleasant personality. I really enjoy seeing her every month … she really cares about her patients and it’s contagious! …. You can talk to her about anything… love her to death! …. Jason S.
Also, Summer behind the front desk at Optima in Dewy Az really knows a lot and is VERY fast, kind, and knowledgeable … you can tell she has been there a LONG time and is happy! Please Clone this woman or have her train others at different Optima.locations!

Heather was very friendly and wanted me feel better soon. Explained everything and took plenty of time with me. It is great to have someone who cares.

To start: the front office team was very busy however, they kept their smile and pleasant attitude.
Rick the MA was very personable and helpful.
Lindsay the Nurse Practitioner that I saw was a pleasure to work with. She definitely serves her patients from her heart. A servants heart. In healthcare this is very important. It’s clear, this is who she is. I’m grateful to have had the pleasure and opportunity to have her as my care provider. Thank you Lindsay, Suzanne Robinson 5 stars!

Pleasant experience. All aspects of my exam were explained as we proceeded. Courteous staff and personnel. Much appreciated.

I had a rather long list of questions and concerns. Heather Armbrust PA was patient and friendly and answered all of them without making me feel rushed. The technician who took basic intake info was also friendly, explained a test, and was efficient.

From the front office to the medical assistants to the doctors themselves-this is a truly exceptional operation. I've always been impressed with the upbeat and efficient people-the atmosphere is calm, compassionate and patient. I've been there for years and they've only gotten better-my doctor is concerned and personable and most of all Intelligent. She works harder than most folks realize. 'Good-hearted" describes the whole place and it's a privilege to be one of their clients. I thank God for these wonderful people.

I've never had a bad experience with Optima Medical in Dewey. Always friendly, always efficient. I feel that I'm always taken care of, and I appreciate that.

My grandson and I have had the pleasure of seeing Mary at this clinic for 4 years or more and we have always had the greatest experience!

Terrible. The staff are nice but the upper management here are extremely bad people. Rude, unkind

The wait time for Mary Massieu NP may be lengthy BUT I don’t mind because I know she takes the time to take thorough care of her patients! And I appreciate that!
