We had the best experience today with Optimyze. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us walk thru each service smoothly. Joined their membership which was amazingly affordable. We cannot wait to come back.

This place is amazing, all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The other members are also very friendly and welcoming. I go to the Tempe location and it’s extremely clean and has a very spa like relaxing atmosphere. I have all noticed a difference in my well being, performance in gym and focus. The only even better recommendation I’d make is to be open a little later till like 8 or 9. Being able to go at the end my day with this place would be amazing.

This place is AMAZING! I went there yesterday with my boyfriend and was so nervous and skeptical. Michael made me feel very comfortable. I did my first icebath ever and I was so scared, Michael new exactly what to say to relax me and words cannot express the experience. If anyone is nervous about doing this they should go anyways. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The energy of the place is so positive. The music, the artwork, everything is perfect. If we lived closer we would definitely get a membership. To anyone that is skeptical, nervous, or just full of anxiety, this is the place for you. Thanks for an experience i will never forget, we will be back in the future. To anyone that is skeptical and nervous like me, you should just go! You won't regret it. Worth every penny and so much more.

The cold plunge game is real. It will really make you into a super human who can transcend stress and fear. It changes your metabolism, and so many immune boosting benefits. What would your life feel like if you were free of fear, free of stress, free of pain?

The space is beautiful. The staff are welcoming, kind, informative, and very helpful guides into the treatments. Cold Plunge, Compression Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy. It’s all Soooooooooooo good.

I love Optimyze!

At first I was intimidated to check out Optimyze, but the staff and the guests made it so welcoming! I highly recommend trying everything they offer. The Ice plunges, sauna, red light therapy and compression, plus bonus guided breathing classes. I’m also blown away by the quality of people this place attracts! The community alone is worth the investment:). You’ll feel the difference in your body and mind immediately!

Unhappy with the customer service, and I am still being charged after I requested from the manager to cancel my membership.

Great spot for mental and physical recovery. The owner Michael is very passionate about wellness and has a broad array of services available. I tried the cold plunge, the infrared sauna, the Normatec boots, light therapy, and the red light therapy. Finished feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed.

Optimyze creates a community of health and wellness. Upon entering you are immediately greeted with genuine kindness and a tour of the facility. Following the tour I felt informed and excited to experience the healing modalities optimyze offers. The compression feels amazing after a workout or hike making my recovery fast and effortless. The infrared sauna detoxified me on a cellular level making me feel connected and relaxed. The ice bath not only super charged my body to reduce inflammation but also made me feel confident and empowered. The biocharger is an experience words cannot capture. You have to try it!

Optimyze has been a game changer for me. From the muscle compression being so relaxing and bringing a sense of well being to the infrared saunas allowing me to detox and spend time with myself to the challenge of the cold tub allowing me to become very present with the moment and my breath and having the contrast of the warm water to ease the tension and stress, I can’t say enough about this amazing establishment. The energy the staff brings to the center each and every day is what makes this place so special. Kelly invites you in with a kind smile and warm energy and Caden and Jeremy are the absolute best. I highly recommend Optimyze for all your well-being needs.

In our world of ever increasing noise and chaos, Optimyze is my place of peace. I’m so incredibly grateful to have found this practice and feel amazing after a good sweat and cold plunge. Compression therapy, red-light therapy, relaxing/meditative music/videos, three saunas and two different cold tubs make an hour extremely efficient for your body. The staff might be the greatest humans on the planet and the facility is always clean and orderly. DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED! Optimyze is a great family of diverse and very different individuals. I am always grateful for the wide variety of people I meet and talk to while getting my mind and soul replenished! You will not be disappointed!

This place is truly one of a kind. Kelly is an absolute gem of a human being and so kind and helpful. Michael, the owner, has a true heart for helping people. The program they have worked out is a perfect combination of steps towards feeling fully rejuvenated. I find myself craving it as the week progresses. I wish I lived closer or I would go more often! I can't recommend it highly enough. And don't forget to checkout Michael's Wim Hof training. It's truly epic.
