Ramie Quiroz has been my angel this summer, understanding my father's constantly changing needs, and helping me ensure they were met and not only met but exceeded. Ramie does her job with such amazing compassion and kindness, along with professionalism too! Her knowledge of this industry and helping to line up what's best for her clients, and quickly is phenomenal. Even while trying to step away for vacation for a few days, she stayed in touch to help, also offering help from Ariana who was also kind, professional, and very helpful too.

Amanda Matthews was extremely helpful understanding and informative. She went over and beyond the call of duty and being available, and always answering the many questions that we asked her. She came on each tour with us, which was very helpful. I highly recommend her to any person seeking help in senior living options.

My experience with options for senior living and more specifically with Ramie Quiroz was exceptional. From beginning to end Ramie was professional, kind. Compassionate, and committed to mine and my sisters needs and desires. She asked questions to determine location. Price range, and services we needed and then selected a range of homes to visit that would satisify those needs. She helped by asking the questions I didnt think to ask and after each visit asked what I liked and didnt like to better understand what I wanted. There was never pressure to make a decision. She spent the afternoon touring homes with me and and talking with me and assured me that there a lot of facilities and if I wasnt pleased with the choices so far she would go back to the drawing table and schedule more for the next day. That wasn't necessary. She even helped with the sign up process between me and the facility owner. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone and I have already to a friend who had a relative in need but as it turned out they were already recommended to Options For Senior living so obviously I am not the only one singing their praises. Ramie, I cant thank you enough or adequately express my gratitude.

Rainie was quick to respond and jumped into action to help us find a place for our loved one to move in to. She was available to answer questions and narrowed the search down so we could quickly get our loved one settled. I had the pleasure of working with Arianna and Veronica for almost 1 1/2 years. They helped me with finding the right facility for my Aunt that needed a memory care facility. They did so much footwork for me as I live out of state. When I narrowed it down to three facilities I came into town to go do the tours with them. Every facility knew them and really seemed to like them also. Both of them went above and beyond my expectations of what this agency does for you. They are very knowledgeable and caring and it shows how they really enjoy there job. I would recommend this service to anyone needing help to find the right place for your love one.
