Optum’s billing department are the most incompetent people ever put on Earth. I have tried repeatedly to settle this bill. They refused to make an outbound call to take care of it and sent my bill to collections. In addition, the place is not the same since Dr Yakoby left the practice. The front desk ladies are awesome. That’s where their “service” ends. Do not go here.

Dr Rillel and Laura are very personable. They take your care and your concerns to heart. They liste to and work with you.

I went once DrRiffel spent 5 minutes with me said see ya in 4 months. My sister went different doctor he sent off prescription to Fry's, her insurance would not ok she called office for a different script and a week later nothing. I would steer clear of this clinic, she called several times says mailbox full

This is the 4th time I tried to call and set up an appointment or asking about a prescription and they ask me to wait on hold, I'm on hold for about 10-15 minutes and then when I hang up and call back they constantly put me on hold or hang up on me. I am a new patient and I am always nice and patient with the long waits and being on hold. I'm now frustrated. This is the only doctor that is close to me and that my insurance covers, so I wish they can just be better.

Do not see this office and anyone affiliated with optum. An absolute joke of a medical staff and office. Let’s go down their rabbit hole. Standard medical office practice, referral sent, office receives, calls you, and you set up appointment, simple right? Noooot with this lady or office.
Called them optum company 3 times, they fumbled my referral for 4 weeks, then I fixed it, then called to set up, doing their job, they then told me I have to release all medical records, the doctor will review, then they will call me for an appointment.
Save yourself the time, do not see anyone affiliated with optum.

I absolutely adore Dr. Riffel. He really takes time to listen to my concerns and come up with a game plan.
My biggest advice would be to make a list of anything you want to discuss because it's very easy to get off track and discuss favorite recipes and compare vacation photos. He's so down to earth that it's easy to get side tracked and forget the reason you made an appointment because it's like talking to an old friend.
I don't want a doctor who is Type A and keeps everything super professional. I love having a doctor who asks about how my kids are doing in school or if I have any vacation plans coming up.

Plus, all the front desk staff is wonderful, and his Medical Assistant is just like Dr. Riffel - very personable and easy to talk to. I really like her.

Had my annual wellness check on January 25th. The doctor did not thoroughly examine me and they never contacted me on my lab results. I would not recommend this facility. Go to another Optum office.

I used to love this place. In truth they had provided me great medical services; however, the manner in which they bill and use third-parties to collect on bills has me turned off. For this reason I will most likely not use Optums services in the future.

My parents’ attend this practice and I’ve been only once. Immediately I did not like them. They see Dr. Yakobi who highly lacks bed side manners or being friendly at all. He prescribed my mother a very high dose of medication and we left a message (of course no one answers) that she was having an allergic reaction and needed to know if she should lower the dosage or take less medication per day. 4 days later and still no call back. Also they require multiple visits for any little thing. I will be moving my parents to a new practice.

Everyone in this office is awesome. They go up and beyond to make sure that I understand and have the information that I have received. Front office ladies are super kind, helpful and friendly.
