From scheduling the install, to the installation of the new unit on the roof, to any concerns we had after the fact. They have been very responsive and professional. Even when my questions might seem silly or my concerns turn out to be nothing, they take the time to respond and make sure i understand. Great work!

This company is run by no one.

I responded to a Craigslist ad titled HVAC Service Tech - Trainee and was given an interview. At the interview I spoke with Chris, the owner, who seems to be a straightforward and honest guy who was kind enough to offer me the position. We agreed I would start Tuesday. Tuesday morning I show up at 6: 50AM and fill out my tax information etc and was told to report to 445 N Wilmot which is an apartment job they were doing. When I get there I see them handing out shovels for what appears to be manual labor which I am not against doing but was confused since I was hired as a Service Tech Trainee. I gave Brandy a call who is the receptionist and said I was under the impression I was hired as a Tech and not for manual labor. She said she dropped the ball and would have someone from management call me within 5 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes I called her back and she stated she'd just gotten off the phone with them and I would receive a call immediately. After 15 minutes I left and phoned Brandy again who then stated Trevor (Management i guess) had been sent to the address to clarify things. I told her I had left as I wasn't hired to do manual labor but was still excited to be a Service Tech Trainee. She Said once again she would have someone from management get in touch with me. 30 minutes later I get a call frommmmmmmmm BRANDY! Not management. She said Trevor had conveyed that since I wouldn't dig ditches that I had made my decision. So I responded that it no longer mattered to me if I had a position there or not but I would like to speak with the owner Chris or I would express my frustrations to the appropriate organizations. It’s now after lunch and still haven’t received a call.

Now, I don't know how they treat their customers but if they can’t handle new hires then I doubt they can tell a compressor from a coil.

This contracted company has been “repairing” an ac issue at my apartment complex I went out and took pictures. Defiantly looks like more than they can handle, I for sure know it is too much for them to handle because this same exact issue happens literally every single day. There is a busted line, then we get a b.s. Email saying it’s getting repaired, it gets “repaired” then the ac fails again the next day and it’s on repeat for I’m not sure how much longer. But someone needs to come help them or fire them because it is not working out.

I needed to replace our hydronic floor heating boiler after 24 years of service. We live about an hour south of Tucson, and I could initially not find a boiler installer that would service us. I had a local plumber order and install a new boiler, but it needed some adjustments that he was not able to take care of.
Then I finally found Oricle Energy, scheduled a service call, and am getting the work done. The deficiencies were discovered and will soon be corrected. I was also educated, as to the regular maintenance that I could do, as well as to what Oricle should do, i.e, yearly maintenance.
They are knowledgable, friendly, and available, unlike most of the others in Tucson.
