Orangetheory Fitness, Tucson AZ

My husband and I were visiting Tucson from Northern California and stopped into this OTF for a couple of visits. We had a great time! The staff was so friendly and helpful- they even pointed us in the right direction for hiking and restaurants along with a couple of other members. Rene, our coach, did an amazing job! He was so motivating and even helped us with modifications to make exercises more challenging, so I also learned some new things! The facility is very clean like all OTFs I have visited. One of the huge benefits of joining OTF is you don’t have to miss your workout just because you are out of town like we were- it’s like having a family wherever you go! If you are local give them a try! It is an amazing work out, I have been doing it for almost 10 years now! Thank you for the hospitality!

As someone who has tried just about everything out there to get healthier, OTF Casas Adobes has been the best. The people in all the classes encourage each other instead of judging. This is a fitness family I enjoy and am always excited to be part of everyday. The office staff and the amazing coaches are something this center should be proud of.

Orange Theory is like a home away from home. I’ve made good friends and between my friends and coaches, they keep me motivated.

Coach hunter is the real deal. Make sure to snag one of her classes. She will make the workout so fun and easy!

Orange Theory has helped my balance issues by strengthening my muscles. The heart rate monitor is really helpful to motivate me to persevere a little bit longer. I must be getting stronger because my maximum heart rate keeps getting increased. Some instructors are much better than others at Casas Adobes, however.

Orangetheory Casa Adobes is my favorite way to start my day. I feel comfortable going at my own pace, and love setting my goals with watching my splat points.

After nearly 1309 classes, I continue to love OTF workouts - always different to keep you motivated. Coaches encourage and offer modifications so workout is safe. Definitely a wonderful way to get or stay in shape. I rehabilitated a knee replacement in record time thanks to OTF.

Attempted to cancel my membership. After multiple phone calls and unreturned messages, I had to stop in twice to get my membership cancelled, all related to a medical emergency. I was unable to attend months prior while seeking my diagnosis. They promised the manager would call me and never did. Many broken promises. I have been a member for years, this tops the cake. I will never return to OT again related to this experience and poor customer experience and lack of empathy. Not a way to keep a life long member.

Extremely dissatisfied with the unorganization of the front desk as well as the studio manager (Sophia) who could not clarify information for me. I also was promised a pass and was never awarded the pass even after weeks of waiting to see if it would ever show up. Overall I think this studio needs more educational training as well as training overall as their staff is not educated on the policies as well as orange theory overall.

This review is for the terrible customer service at this location. We only signed at this location because I had a friend who worked there, but we've regretted it ever since. My partner and myself have had a ridiculously hard time cancelling our memberships. No one ever answers the phone, returns messages, or responds to emails. I tried repeatedly contacting them for weeks before someone finally responded and sent me the cancellation form. Now my partner is dealing with the same issue and they're refusing to email her the form, saying it has to be done in person. This is just absolutely ridiculous and by far the worst customer service we've ever experienced for anything! Do not sign up here!

This place by far has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at an OT. I have been to many OT over the years, and have nothing but great things to say about the company in general - but this location is HORRIBLE. I have been trying for weeks to get in contact with them to cancel my membership, as I have moved and nobody answers the phone. I have called repeatedly. The one time I have been able to get someone on the phone, I never got the information I requested. They are basically forcing me to continue my membership, for lack of response. I highly recommend any OTHER Orange Theory location, but not this one.

If you like being ripped off and never able to cancel this is the place to go. After calling over and over, promising to have call backs, promising account would be canceled. We continue to get charged. My wife broke her foot and hasn't been able to go for a couple months. We explained from day on that we wanted to cancel because there was no future plan for her to be able to go back. They assured us all was good. 2 more monthly charges later and they claim they are working on it. Don't get involved with the scam

The heart rate monitoring really challenges me to push harder and Coaches Hunter and Collin are the BEST! Love these workouts!

Before I joined OrangeTheory, I was a member at many gyms in Tucson.
This is the only workout that actually has made a difference in my health and physical appearance. Hunter is a fantastic coach! She knowledgeable, caring and funny during our workouts. Hunter provides valuable coaching during our sessions and assists with correcting our form during our workout. Gym is clean and management and the service is exceptional.

Been waiting 6 weeks for a refund they owe me for a heart monitor I never received. The manager and assistant store manager keep saying they will follow up with me on the status on certain days. Those dates will come and go and I always call them to follow up. They cant call me about my refund, but they do have time to send me promotional text and emails about joining their gym.

My husband and I visited from WI. What a great studio! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The coach Ellie was so professional, energetic and made the whole workout awesome! We will for-sure be back!

This is my favorite OT location! I frequent this location as well as the Marana location. The coaches are all great, very motivating and energetic! The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful.
