25The variety. It's very rare that you can be challenged during each session with a new combination of exercises. It keeps you motivated, engaged and looking forward to seeing your results each and every time!
Well if you think you're winning a raffle for a free trial. Don't count on it, unless you put a credit card on file, they can't do anything for you. Excited for nothing. They should tell you this, before wasting your time.
I like that the workouts are never the same. I love having the loud music as that's a great way to let me focus on the workouts. The instructors are also important, as they can provide a lot of energy and make for a great workout. Always an excellent workout with Randy, been going for over a year and love it!
I love working out at Orange Theory Ahwatukee. I have great results from the workouts. I love the staff and the challenge. Great energy.
