Alan was Amazing, he helped me put on my windshield wipers at an early morning. Cheap prices and friendly service, the parts were already ready for me when I got there! Great sevice

Went in for a quart of oil - service was quick & friendly. The price for a quart of Pennzoil seemed high, though.maybe it's just been that long since I've had to buy oil.

Store manager Tim is very rude I tried to return a rusty old paint cane that they sold to me and wouldn't take back because it looks old, when it only had 2 days from purchase, the representative who cashed me out was very nice and helpful tho

Friendly and efficient service. We were greeted as we entered the store, staff made eye contact as they listened to our request, very helpful in clarifying the description of the part, thanked us for the purchase, and wished us a good day on departure. A very pleasant experience.

Tim the manager and his co-worker jesus helped my boyfriend and I. We where in a tight spot our battery had died jesus was so nice to give my boyfriend and I a jump start so we can go to the shop and the manager Tim helped make it affordable for my boyfriend and I to get a new battery. I highly recommend.

Customer service was good. The parts, however, were cheap quality. I had two Monroe quick strut assemblies go bad, the first right out of the box, the second about 6 months later. I'm pretty sure those odds are consistent with Monroe, and I'll never buy that brand again.

They always have the parts that I need when I need it. Sometime I have to wait for a part, but that's normal cuz all auto parts store is the same way. I use to like goin to auto zone, but I found O'Reilly Auto Parts to be better than the other competitors.

Fast service and employee that helped us went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Wife bought windshield wipers blades and he installed them for he in moments after purchase.
