I go real often so, I hope this isn't gonna become some kind of weird ground hog day question. ‍

Clerk came out to check my evil wiper blade connectors and even installed the new ones for me, at no cost! Fantastic! Also very much appreciated they are taking COVID precautions seriously (wearing masks, 6’ separation even for paying).

I like O'Reilly's when I call ahead of time they will save my part that I need and I can go in and pick it up because I live about 45 minutes away from an O'Reilly

Hayden has a level of integrity that I've not witnessed in awhile and Carly has a heart of service that really makes your day alot better than before you entered the store. My hats off to this store with a respectable view I dont regret!

A battery died on vacation late on a Saturday evening. So dead it wouldn't even jump. Thanks to these guys for 1) being open till 10 PM on the weekend! 2) having a couple of batteries in stock for me to choose from.

Battery died on a road trip. Was able to get here by getting a jump. Didn’t have any tools with us but Gerard (if my memory is right) tested and replaced it quickly and professionally. Thanks guys.

Jay was incredibly helpful, I didn't bring my tools to swap out my battery. He insisted to help and swapped it out for me. He and the crew tonight we're very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me great customer service. I will only use this store for all my auto parts needs and recommend this sure to any and everyone. Had the part we needed. YEAH! Gentleman was very helpful in going over any other 'situations' that may be causing our 'problem'.

These guys really came through for me when i needed help with an oil change at 10 pm at night, when my family and I were 1700 miles from home.

Stopped here last week during Flagstaff's snowpocalypse to pick up some tire chains since my rental car was slipping and sliding all over the road due to record snow fall in the area (30+ inches in one day). Allan at the counter was friendly and had a good sense of humor. After helping me out with the tire chains he gave me some great advise, "no one is going to the Grand Canyon today, get the heck out of Flagstaff before they close all the roads and come back in the summer! " It was a messy drive out of the city and as soon as I got to Camp Verde I overheard someone say that they were closing I-17.

I came back home with a snow shovel, ice scraper, and tire chains. I'll be back Flagstaff.

Great, friendly employees. You get the sense that they actually care about the customers and what you are working on.

The girl in there wasn't very friendly or helpful, it was a simple transaction but she was curt and snippy!

Had to return my part as the snippy girl didn't take the time to check to ensure I even had the correct part.
But
The guy that did my return quickly rectified the situation by locating the part that fit my car and made the exchange for me in less than 3 min! I never mentioned my issue from the night before, he took care of everything!

Once again, this place is awesome. As a woman, this is the one place where I can go to that is car related and never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, lied to, or brushed aside. The guys here are always helpful, will come out to my car if I have problems, and gonoit of thier way to help me reach answers to the problems that I have! Joe is an employee in particular who is always so sweet, kind, and helpful. Thanks Joe! And all of these awesome employees:)

I didn’t go into the store, however the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and offered up solutions or alternative options. I appreciated his assistance

They tend to be slow, but I guess that's getting to be more normal with the increase of minimum wage.

The manager Jay was amaaaaazzzing! He was informative, helpful and hilarious! If you have questions, he has answers.
