17Went in today to get a new lightbulb on my 2010 Ford Mustang Frank is definitely the guy to go to! Helped us find the safest option of bulb for us, note the left front passenger fender is bent from an earlier accident. It was no issue for him he reached in and changed the old bulb with the new one we were in and out just like that!
So helpful! They had just what I needed to repair my headlight & gave me tips on how to do it!
If you are looking for friendly customer service with a smile Tiffany is the one to see management headed out of the ballpark with this new hire fantastic staff!
These employees have ALWAYS been a step above. Every once in a while I go somewhere else to give a chance and last time I did O'Reilly helped me when other place failed same request.
The 342 Grove Ave Oreillys isn’t the closest but the store I goto. Just finished a 1971 Mustang Mach1 351c 2bbl rebuild and I think I made 20 trips to this Oreillys! Kevin and his manager are so incredibly customer focused; they have empathy for the situations and offer incredible advice. Kevin said, “when you finish, bring it by, we love to see the finished work after projects. ” He ooo’d and ahhh’d over it when I did. This is not just a job for Kevin, he genuinely digs helping people, and he really knows his stuff too; I haven’t asked him yet how he knows all this, but it’s obvious he has a lot of experience working on cars. Oreillys is lucky to have such an employee. Rare that you see both genuinely enjoys helping people + experience/knowledge.
I had to by-pass the ac, it was a challenge finding the right belt. Anyways these guys were great, everytime I came in the store they had no problems exchanging the serpentine belt. I am curious though, when I had to go to a shorter belt it was ten bucks more? I think whoever in corporate puts in the part numbers and the price should check some if this out. I say this because I used to run a parts store and a shop. I did a lot of ordering and entering parts in the computer. Huh. Can I get a job!
Picked up a new battery. Brandon replaced it for me. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very kind.
Appreciated James's help as well.

I was out of town and stopped by to get some help with my vehicle. Nathan and Brandon went out of their way - ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with my car problems! I can't thank them enough for helping me out! They figured out what was going on with my car in minutes and helped me remedy the situation. I highly recommend this location and store. It is so hard to find honest and reliable help these days, and this place has both in spades! THANK YOU!

Great store and staff. Jim, specifically, has stuck out to me in his efforts of customer service. Over the phone and in store, Jim, has taken the time to answer my questions and do further research.
This joint's a bit more pricey than some of the others but they've always had the items I've been looking for. And the ppl that work there are nice enough.
I was in just this morning and the store seemed understaffed and manager stressed but due to the fact I was wearing a local competitor hat i was told they won't sell another part to me and also denied my veterans discount on top of it. I dont usually shop at o'reillys unless I really need a certain part and I was really let down being treated like this

I like the people that they hire as we versed in what you need. If they don't have what you want they will find store close that does & call them for you. Above and beyond.
The employees at this branch are great. Very helpful very friendly and if they don't have the part they can tell you where you can get it my go to place for auto supplies
