I was having some trouble with my battery - Raphael took time out of his night to help me get the battery installed properly and made sure I was up and running! This dude was helpful, knowledgeable, fun, and quirky. Raphael is the man. Period.

I purchased a part that had to be ordered from another state on 8.22.22 and was told it would probably be there by 8.25.22. My car is pretty messed up right now and I am honestly scared to drive it (but nonetheless still driving it to work because I only work weekends.) With that being said, I wasn't able to make it to the O-Reilly store later in the week and forgot to even call to check and see if the part had been delivered until 8.27.22. I spoke with Michael on the phone who confirmed the part had arrived. I asked him if he could please hold it until 9.1.22 or 9.2.22 when I make it back up that way again to work on my car with my friend who lives out that way. Michael was very kind and let me know me he wrote a note on the part indicating when I'd be picking it up and to not return it back to the vender. Thanks! I appreciate your flexibility and efforts!

The best service from O Reilly or any auto company I’ve ever seen. My cars alternator was busted and I had to change it in the parking lot. Jeremy and Drake were from different stores and helped me every step of the way. They went out in the rain to help me get my car on the way. Above and beyond service. Thank you both for the help.

The quality care and knowledge you should expect from an experienced franchise. This location definitely has that and more, they make you feel you are there top priority.

I went there to get a battery for my daughters car and it was late but Matt was very helpful and told me to bring the car after I installed the battery so he could check the charging system. Felt bad going so late but he was great and checked to make sure everything was okay do I could have peace of mind. I highly recommend this location because of employees like Matt

Good selection of lubricants like slip spray unlike their competitor a couple blocks south.
However they don't stock cold weather products for those of us who go up into nearby mountains in winter. Like low temp rated windshield washer fluid. Had to buy locally when I got up there. After melting the ice in the car reservoir with hot water and hand pumping it out, then I could fill it with that good stuff. Preventable nuisance if I could have bought it before I left. In fairness their competitor was no better. Only went there first as it was on the way first.

This place is hidden behind other building. In between 83rd place and hayden or northsight rd.

Been in here a few times when Matthew has been working. His product knowledge and customer service is top notch. Get this guy a pay raise if he hasn't had one recently!

I was just at O'Reilly's thinking my daughter may have a bad battery in her car but not sure. Seth was fantastic! He checked my daughters alternator first while we had the car running. If we turned it off, it might not start again. Then he tested the battery and it was bad so he installed a new one for her. He was very knowledgeable and very kind! I will definately use O'Reillys in the future!

My girlfriend and I went in to this location due to a bad battery. We thought it was out of warranty but thanks to O’Reilly’s options we had gotten the 3 year coverage. Saved us $200 bucks. We were helped by Chris, and this kid is incredible. He completely focused on our needs, even to the point of asking other mechanic related issues. At one point a colleague asked him to do something else in the middle of us talking, and chris kindly stayed on task. He even cleaned the corrosion from the old battery. Just awesome. I highly recommend asking for him. If you’re reading this, thanks for the great customer service buddy!

The staff here is really good. I enjoy going to this parts store over all the rest in the airpark.

Chad was so helpful! He gave me pricing on various windshield wiper blades and even installed them on my car for me!
