4VERY GOOD SERVICE. DAVE THE MGN. KNOWS HIS STUFF. AND REALLY HELP EVERYBODY COMING THRU THE DOORS. HE WAS GREAT. THANKS
I am very grateful because a young lady helped me install the battery in my car, and she herself gave me excellent service with the purchase of the battery.
First - Went to auto zone, for brake shoes and install beginning to not go there always want to send you to there hub store to get parts at 59th Ave McDowell, second- went here they had
I just went to O'Reilly on 43rd ave and Indian School Rd at 1: 30pm, 2/19/2023 for antifreeze, fuses, spark plugs and air filter. 3 women working but didn't have a clue about anything. I asked about antifreeze for my mitsubishi and the older woman said it depends on what color I have in my radiator. She didn't even bother looking in the computer for my make and model. I wasn't about to open the radiator to check either! Older lady with glasses and Asian woman were trying to screw over a man who didn't speak English and the older lady gave her attention to her Co workers instead of her customers. The youngest woman walked around behind the counter and joked around all while thinking her cell phone was more important than doing her job. They were also calling each other pendeja in front of the customers. That is very unprofessional! Way to represent your company! What a shame! Please hire people that know their jobs and have better customer service than these 3 women!
