The store is very nice in general but the Customer service in this location is poor!
The woman which I just spoke to was impatient and gave me the wrong information.
Claimed they didn't have the part I needed without taking the time to check it first.
I found through the website that they do sell that part.

Went in to get my battery tested and the assistant manager acted like I’d woken him up from a nap. Not sure what his problem was but I took my business elsewhere - I’d recommend going to the Speedway/Swan location instead; David helped me out with awesome service! Speedway/Swan will be my new default location going forward

Sometimes the app says the store has the part and it does not. But the people behind the counter are knowledgeable and helpful.

Do not come here! Go to the one on speedway they are 100 times better! I came here for a bad battery and they told me it was my alternator. I knew it was my battery it was even under warranty and they swore up and down that it was the alternator that my battery was good. Sooooo I went to another O'Reilly's and guess what. BAD battery! I wasn't trying to get over on anyone I was under warranty anyway! So thank God I got a second opinion because that would have been almost $500 down the drain! Worst customer service ever. Just go here to buy stuff on the shelf other than that don't trust your car parts with these people.

Good treatment whem I was with somebody who required diagnostics check and a battery recharged at no cost. That is wild.

Had my oil light go off randomly while driving. Went to pick up some oil and asked if I could refill in the parking lot. Amy was incredibly helpful and helped me do so. We were done after maybe 5 minutes. Quick, efficient, and incredible customer service.

Hands down some of the worst staff you could scrape out of the barrel. Both of the "OLDER" ladies are extremely rude, condescending and just straight up Karen's for no reason. I would steer clear and go to another oriellys after the way these team members act. You'd think being around this long would give them some form of empathy or even civility, but sadly no It seems they were raised in an outhouse.

Was VERY disappointed. Bought 3 washer blades to the tune of $105.00 and getting help putting them on was ridiculously hard. I was told I needed to wait till the store emptied a bit, (there was 4 cars in parking lot including my vehicle) well 5 mins AFTER the parking lot emptied (no one left in the store at all) I tried doing it my self but I am too dang short and could not get the leverage to get the new blades on. So I had to go back inside to find him because he obviously forgot about me.

I was returning the tire compressor because the one I had bought from them was not only not as powerful but also costed almost double any other 1 online I have found for a better all around product. Just one of those tools or products that have become so unbeatable online in store buys are becoming unmatchable

Hit or miss here depending on which staff is on duty and what personal baggage they forgot to check at the door before clocking in. Seems that way times the employees despise anyone who has any kind of real mechanical ingenuity about them and tries to talk friendly general lingo trying to trouble shoot and finagle a way to fix a part new out of the box made in China so it can be made in America (by the purchaser) so it will actually do the job it was intended to do but has subpar parts in it. It is not the shoppers fault that garbage is shipped into this country and the brick and mortar stores are forced to sell it and the consumer is forced to buy this pure junk. So if I may make a slight constructive suggestion, please be patient, polite, kind and empathetic to the person choosing to shop at your store and pay your salary when they could have gone to any of the other part stores in the area. Your job is one of the few real possession you will ever have and if you enjoy and cherish it then more people will come to your store from far just because you are you.
