Tonight I had a rather disturbing interaction take place at this O'Reilly's. Disturbing enough that I'll be going across the street to AutoZone from now on and plan to address it with their corporate office. About 30 minutes before closing I went to O'Reilly's purchase. A small battery that goes into the medical device of an elderly friend. I need them tonight. I purchased four for 13.99 and I left the store. Before leaving the store I touched my pocket to see if I left them behind and I thought they were there. But I was feeling though it was my credit card. Now I have this question. Why in the blue hell would the cashier knowingly allowed me to leave the store without it it was the only thing I purchased. I was the only one in the store. When I arrived. You're outside working on one of their cars. It was left on the counter evidently and he thought it was funny. O'Reilly's if you don't understand, this is a serious character flaw Wait for half of your store come up missing. If this is unusually, unacceptable for customer service. Most of all for man of your store. If I had his name I would give it to you.
