Went in without my receipt to the battery I bought there and they found it right away and exchanged my battery with no charge and even installed it for me! I love these guys! Honest people! That's hard to find nowadays! Thank you Sebastian and keep up the great work!

Got lifetime brakes & roters. My mechanic took them back & they replaced it all free of charge. They always help me find things even if they don't carry it.

The person couldnt help with wrench or socket to tighten the battery post he didnt know the measurements told him need a half and he didnt know what a half was is sad the type of service i got

If I could I would give 0 Stars, in fact they just lost my business for O'Reilly Auto parts. I bought a starter there yesterday, and I am positive I entered my pin for my debit card, the lady called me a liar. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Ana was an incredibly helpful employee. My husband called looking for one item and she held the item at the counter so I could easily stop in and purchase it. Thank you Ana!

One lady working the other lady standing around doing nothing. Took an hour to help with something very simple.

Don't stop here there's five people working one person helping customers and bringing them up and nobody seemed to be able to help me even though I called ahead and there was no problem keep driving to the O'Reilly on Flowing Wells and Prince

These guys helped me find what I needed and were good with returning what I didn't end up using.

Great service. I told on a guy that came in and tried to steal a flash light. He was mad as heck at me for telling. The clerk gave us a discount for doing a good deed.

The store I visited didn't have a part I needed in stock, they found it in stock at an O'Reilly's about a mile from their location. I paid for the part with the rest of the things I wanted, then walked into the other O'Reilly's and picked up the part. Great service!

Great place, however, when I questioned the staff about the potential issues my car could have, I was told they couldn't tell me, that that was a paid service! The younger employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help and provide information, going so far as to refer me to a automotive shop that provides free diagnostics. The older employee was rude, and came across as unwilling to help in any manner whatsoever. He seemed to be thoroughly annoyed that my wife and I were even there. One helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employee earned the 3 star review, otherwise I would have rated the location at only a single star.

In general, O'Reilly Auto is very nice and is willing to work with customers to give a great deal. I find them a lot more knowledgeable than Au########. And don't forget, they match local printed ad prices.
