O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
20O O O O'Reilly surprised me one day as I put my dead car battery on the counter. They actually had my receipt on file, which of course I had no clue where mine was and my battery was still under warranty. That was a gift that day, but wow they are highly organized!
I was actually sent here from another store 2 miles away they had told me their computer showed the part I needed in stock here. Upon arrival I am greeted by Juan, after explaining what I'm looking for I can only describe the look on his face as that of a deer caught in the Headlights. Either he is a token hire like some of those grocery Baggers we all see that's the Fry's, or the kid is playing and simple unqualified for a position at an auto parts store. His automotive knowledge was nonexistent, which I can Overlook given the kids age, but after realizing there were no help coming from the guy behind the counter I asked for where I could find certain items regularly stocked at ANY parts store, but to the both of our amazment. Juan did not give me or could not even direct me to the area of the store they are kept. He was unmotivated and if not an actual individual of special need, then his behavior and attitude toward the customer can only be interpreted as intentional. Which has offended me enough to sit here in front of the store posting my review. The other employee, Mr. Guillermo however was most helpful, he took charge of the situation and handled it to the best of his ability. Showing a real desire to help with my problem, offering alternative solutions by pulling a similar part that in a pinch would work as a retro fit. He was in the back, checked the stock, found something that might work, and grabbed the universal part off the floor shelf, and get me an estimate of when he could have my part here, all in less than half of the time I just spent getting frustrated with Juan. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt, everyone has an off day or it may have been "one of those days" work throws at all of us. That being said I suggest the management take a serious look at properly training the staff members who can benefit from it, (ah hem. Juan) or find others like Mr. Guillermo who know what there doing and may even like it, but are damned good at it. And Juan, buddy, if you dont like your job, then FIND ONE YOU DO. Oriellys isn't in the business of driving loyal customers to the competition. That being said I was able to get AutoZone to pull the part at a store across town and they're going to have one of their employees over there wait for me after they've closed, because I am too far away to make it in time before they have lock up.
Place was slow and only like 4 customers took them 30 minutes to get for one part seems like they don't know what there doing idk but it's the one near me right now
Great place for women to buy auto parts and accessories due to the assistance of their super friendly and helpful staff. The guys helped us save some money with less expensive alternatives than those I thought I needed. Thanks O'Reilly!
Very helpful guy looked at my fuses and wipers with me to narrow down what was wrong. I will always go to O'Reilly first with any car problem- their service is always top notch
The customer service is very bad!
Me and my brother were this place customers. We'll not doing any perchance from this place!
They have to learn how behave to customers.
The girl at this store is absolutely amazing. I will always go to this O'Reilly because she is ALWAYS spot on.
Tony! You’re the best! Great customer service, knew what I needed and got my part within 10 minutes! This location has great prices and the guys here are amazing! The men here will even put the parts in for you. Thanks again!
Never have had a negative experience at this auto parts store. Knowledgeable sales staff with a friendly "chill" attitude. Pricing is competitive
Going to O'Reilly's is like going to the dealership. You pay way too much to talk to a brick wall and you always leave with more problems than you came with. And the warranties? Bahaha. Good luck.
Staff member I interacted with was very lazy and didn't seem like he wanted to work, after I called him out on it he did much better
The employees at the front were extreamly rude and unfriendly. They look up dont Greet you when you walk in. Then when you walk uo tk them to ask for help the are cold and not helpful
I went in to buy an air filter in hopes of after watching YouTube videos I would be able to do it myself. One of the guys was nice enough to go outside and change it for me. They were super nice and went above and beyond for me!
Wow. No tools to install new battery. I understand that most clients are d. I.y. But I am wearing a suit and tie. Poor diagnostics. Poor attitude.
AutoZone is next door. AZ guys are just a little more knowledgeable. Plus O'Reilly didn't have one of the parts I needed.
Helped me find what part I needed, even came out to my car with me to help put it in and make sure it worked. Great! Unfortunately the next time I went, the worker was very rude to me. He was on the phone when I entered and I waited in line, which is understandable, but then in the middle of helping me he gets on the phone again and makes me wait a few minutes before I could make my purchase.
Great car savy employees. Unfortunatly I don't think I was heard and I ended up taking home the wrong part twice.
This location seems to always have the part I need on hand and I don't believe I have ever, seriously ever, waited in line at this location!
Friendly staff and great selection. If AutoZone wasn't walking distance from me then I would go here more often.
Great customer service. Always friendly staff is ready to help you with whatever questions you may have.
