My go to for auto needs. Calvin was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Big shout out to him. O'Reilly's is lucky to have such a great customer oriented employee.

Joe was amazingly helpful! I was having a really hard time finding a part to replace something that had been part of a discontinued set. Not only did he help me troubleshoot and solve my issue; but he helped me install it on my car. He went above and beyond. Thank you Joe. You probably deserve more than what you are being paid!

Jesse & Joe were great, they helped me find the correct battery for my car then removed the old battery & installed the new one - great service & very friendly

Kevin Needs to Look for another Line of Work.
He was the most dis-interested employee I have seen in a long time.
With all the customer friendly service folks out of work any one of them would be better than Kevin! It was all he could do to look up a part number for me. I went to get the part and his co-worker asked him a question which he could barely be bothered answering. When I came back and tried to use android pay for the first time his only response was "It's Ready when You are. " At the point I walked out, went across the street and the young lady at the competitor's place was super eager to help! We figured out all I had to do was remove my phone case. WHAT A DIFFERENCE AN EMPLOYEE MAKES! ! !

Only a four star.due to the fact that you pay about 30-60% more than online.but that's to be expected (online doesn't have to keep such helpful employees). Good staff.

My husband and I just went to O'Reilly's recently to buy some parts for his truck. Emanuel was very helpful and knowledgeable! We were in and out in no time.

I work on vehicles a lot. The parts sold by O'Reilly have been consistently higher in quality than those I've bought elsewhere.

I took my 2013 Tahoe in to have things checked out because of starting hard and ck.engine light on. I was helped right away. The problem was found in about 5 min.of testing. Bad starter. There was no charge for this. Salem Boys charged me $100 to do the same test on my 1999 Suburban a few years back. You cant go wrong with this store. (Cant say the same about Salem Boys on Warner Rd. Tempe. A total rip-off)

The guys at O'Reilly are always helpful. Had the nice guy Dashawn assist me with trying to get the DTC codes from my Volvo. It didn't work because Volvo makes it difficult, but he tried multiple times and was extremely nice, even though they were about 30 minutes from closing time. Prices are reasonable especially if you use coupons.

Hell Yeah! This location is best! The staff here is cool as F*@k! I recommend O'Reilly's over the AutoZone accross the street!

I prefer o'reilly over autozone but the manager Robert is a horrible manager every time I call, go in he is snippy with me and talks to you like your a idiot. I have called corporate on him he is very rude please don't feed the bears.

Adrian and Daniel are courteous and knowledgeable employees. I don't need to know car-language (i.e, able to say the name of needed parts) to be a customer. I simply showed them a snapshot of part, they did a research and found a matching one. I appreciate their extraordinary efforts.

Staff is knowledgeable but getting them to go outside and look at your car is another issue. After asking twice, and the solution being simply stepping outside and looking yourself. I just decided against my purchase and went across the street to napa. My fiancé also purchased a light bulb from them 6 months prior and they told her they were too busy to put it in for her. Again, there's a Napa Auto directly across the street.

Got to my car after dark, only to discover a burned out head lamp. Conveniently located and terrific customer service. Got me on my way - safely and affordably.
