Someone should remind these guys to keep their distance. Lots of getting close to customers to show them the larts on their computer monitors. They should also have gloves if they are handling or touching customer car parts, new or old.

I called and had a simple question what was the price of their cheapest 5qt oil and filter deal. Tammy was rude and gave me the impression that she wasn't going to be able to give me a price? Then she didn't ask me to hold on or anything she just layed the phone down on the counter. After listening to people talking at the counter and waiting 10 minutes! For her to come back to give me a price, I finally hung up and called back. I believe it was Jessie? Who helped me on the second call and he got me the price quickly. I went and bought oil and filter at NAPA.

Apparently phone calls take priority over people who made the effort drive to the store and stand in line.

People have been very helpful and they tend to do more then I expect. For example if you ask what oil filter you need they'll also look up oil type and capacity and help you find it. My only complaint is that they don't have any books on the floor that you can look up all that info and more yourself.

Staff are usually very slow and act as if they don't really care about their job. But prices are reasonable
