The assistant manager Liz was extremely rude. Accidentally forgot my mask in the car which I realized once I opened the door. She started yelling to get out of the store as if she was talking to a dog or something. I came in after with my mask on and once she was done helping a customer she would yell out “WHO’S NEXT? ! ”. Very rude and disrespectful service.

Bad 3 days waiting for the radiator of my GMC and then they want to pay for other one so they can hold for me, just waist my time

I bought brake pads for my van the other day, the next day when I went to put them on.there was a brake pad missing. Since who sold them to me wasn't there, I was going to have to wait until his next shift to get things figured out (which ofcourse didn't help me at all!) But Juan, who is absolutely amazing, helped me get things figured out and upgraded the brake pads for me since they were out of stock of the ones I got. I get home and the brake pads of the new box, weren't the ones that were supposed to be in the box lol. My neighbor went up there for me and got things figured out very quickly.
Juan was super nice and understanding, and definitely gave me a couple laughs! Even after me getting upset at the situation, he was very professional and helped me out so much! Thank you Juan! You are truly the best!
And just as we said/joked, but so true! I came in wanting to punch someone & left wanting to give him a hug! Haha!
Thanks for all the help! Everyone I've encountered here has always been very friendly & helpful as much as possible:)

It took them 3 times to give me an alternator that is actually functioning, and on top of that they never gave me a core back for the old one.

I had a bad and not so friendly visit.was treated poorly by an associate, who was acting like a juvinielle and was extremely rude!
We had a verbal altercation! In the end- management took over- few words were spoken-and we were finally, taken care of.

The gentleman at O'Reilly's greeted me with smiles as I walked in the door. I was needing Wiper Blades and in the end they were kind enough to put them on for me. Thank you again.

Worst customer service employee Luis was giving me a hard time with my comercial account then when he didnt want to look for my account I just priced matched to autoAuto prices which was 25 percent cheaper. Then he didn't believe me that the price was that cheap. I remembered why I shop at AutoZone better prices and customer service.

All 4 of the "new" fuel injectors i got eventually failed. In order to do a warranty claim on them they want a mechanic to diagnose the problem which costs more than the injector. They will refund you that money but it will take at least 3 months of groans and laziness from them. In the meantime your car is dead and they dont care.

Best help i had that entire day thanks to my big smile and smart as a whip young man who greeted my as i entered this store for the first time.
I had visited 2 different AutoZone locations before going to O'REILLY and left both stores empty handed and feeling frustrated.
Thank God for the guy walking out of the a-zone at the same time i was, and told me to check out the O'REILLY shop down the street.
He said it is worth the time and i was sure to have a higher quality of service helping me out. Turns out that he was absolutely awesome and i owe him dinner some night to say thanks for the best help for me to get the best help and parts i needed to get my wheels back to turning & burning.
My experience at O'REILLY was easy and pleasant from enter to exit, leaving me with a positive outcome to my day.
Here are my highlights from O'REILLY,

Instant service available with an inviting smile and warm greeting.
(eases my tension and builds confidence in my impression of abilities of person assisting me)
Knowledge of vehicles and parts & supplies the store had in stock that day along with the price item is listed at,
, This is what i drive, this is the part i need to replace today,
Do you have what i need in stock at ur location right now?
And how much $ is the item?
Basic outline of my every visit to any auto parts store. Seems simple, but actually not so much if you walk into an auto parts store other than O'REILLY.
If you have time and money to waist, then go whatever Zone you want to, but if you want the right parts on ur first visit and ur questions answered by a person that you dont second guess, then the only auto parts destination for you is O'REILLY.
Thanks guys at my O'REILLY location on Cave Creek Rd in Phoenix for making it my "Go-To" place to be when my truck just won't go!

My husband, who shops a lot at O'Reilly's, just took his truck battery in to be charged. We were told it was bad and could not be charged. They said he needed a new one. Isn't it amazing that Auto Zone charged it up right away? Very dishonest business practices at O'Reilly's. We will never shop there again!

Stop by to pick up oil and a filter on my way home from work, Luis took care of me found me the right sale got me in and out in no time and even help me get the marine battery I need for my RV outstanding!

2 bad experiences wont be going back!

I ordered an alternator bracket, it came in they did not notify me a week went by I called and they said it had been sitting there! I picked it up I was in a rush to put it on, I tore up the package and threw it away not thinking, and even though I have the receipt they will not take it back even though they sent me the wrong part!
Now once again I ordered a part and once again no call no notification that it was in!

Better than average parts shop. Counter help is actually helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I have 4 parts stores east west north amd south from my house amd i always go here first.

Bought my battery two years ago and one day. Just went out. Manager Jonathan went ahead and warranty out my battery. Great customer service! Knowledgeable staff! Defiantly recommend!
